Got bibs, chose A&J, they did the job, all is well.

The wood on the decks were torn up and there was over spray paint damage all around the building. The workers were nice and courteous. I think though that we overpaid after talking to others in the industry. The owner John is completely unreasonable, condescending, and dishonest. They tried to throw another bill for $900 at us for so called "additional work" that wasn't contracted and he said he'd do for free then tried to charge for more hours of additional labor than they preformed all together. We ended up going to court and settled with their insurance company. BEWARE!!! DON'T HIRE!!!

The workers do a good job. The owner of the company, John, is very unprofessional. Over bearing and condescending.

We hired A&J to clean thoroughly clean our new house before the move. We felt the estimate was a little high, but were swayed by the owner's sales pitch of experience and expertise. On the day before the move, a cleaning crew arrived at the house in the expected time frame, but shortly after they started working we got a call saying that the job could cost considerably more than the estimate. Eventually, the owner or manager inspected the house and eventually said that the original estimate cost would hold. Still, when all was done and we inspected their work closely we found several rooms had not bee as thoroughly cleaned as we expected. For example, there was still dust on walls and shelves in bathrooms and bedrooms.

They had to repeat three times and it was still bad. I had gouges in the wood; they didn't clean behind benches. I finally got discouraged and paid them because of the way the contract read, but I was not happy with their work. I had to have it redone by someone else.

THERE WERE TWO MEN THAT CAME IN AND DID THE CLEANING. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND PLEASANT TO TALK WITH. I DIDN'T VERY MUCH CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO CAME AND DID THE ESTIMATE. THEY WERE VERY SALES-Y AND ALMOST INSULTING. I FEEL FOR THE MONEY WE PAID, THE JOB THEY DID WASN'T AS GOOD AS IT COULD HAVE BEEN.

MR. DEGEORGE PERSONALLY CAME TO THE HOUSE TO DO THE ESTIMATE, DESCRIBED THE SERVICES TO BE DONE AND SAID HIS WIFE WOULD CALL TO SCHEDULE THE WORK AND WRITE UP A CONTRACT. HE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND HE ASSURED ME THE HOUSE WOULD BE SPOTLESS AND I DID NOT NEED TO BE HOME TO HAVE THE WORK COMPLETED. THE WORK WAS DONE AS SCHEDULED (BY TWO LABORERS) AND I INITIALLY THOUGHT IT APPEARED TO BE ADEQUATE. IN THE FOLLOWING WEEKS, HOWEVER, I CONTINUED TO FIND VARIOUS STAINED AREAS ON THE HOUSE, THE DOWN SPOUTS WERE LEFT UNATTACHED, THE SCREENS WERE PUT ON BACKWARDS, INSIDE OUT, ETC. AND THERE WERE BLACK MARKS LEFT ON THE PATIO THAT APPEAR TO BE FROM THE WASHER THAT WAS USED. IN FIXING THE SCREENS, I FOUND THAT TWO OF THE STAYS HAD BEEN BROKEN. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING AT BEST AND QUALITY OF WORK WAS SUB-STANDARD.
