Description of Work: We didn't end up using this company but when getting a quote, they were quick to respond, friendly and very professional. We ended up going with a company recommended by our property manager, but had we not gone with them, Clear Choice was on our top 2 list.

Description of Work: Most of the bids I got to replace my 2'x8' double pane glass pack (IGU) were three to four times as much. The reason is, they only sold windows in vinyl frames and would not guarantee the work otherwise. Chris at Clear Choice was more flexible and was the first to tell me that replacing the entire window would not be necessary if the problem was only the IGU. Sending photos helped. Only criticism was that the messages left for Chris seemed to get lost or miscommunicated somewhat, but we finally connected.

Description of Work: From our initial meeting with their salesman to the completion of our project, Clear Choice Windows people were professional, personable, on time and met our every expectation. It could not have been a better experience.

Description of Work: We hired Clear Choice to provide and install a Milgard sliding door window. They encountered numerous issues during the install from some rotten beams to Milgard product defects and glacial service. They stayed actively involved throughout until the project was finished well. We appreciate their professionalism and drive to to a job right. Will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: NOTE: Obviously I paid more than $0 for this service, but feel that is personal. Clear Choice gave me a bid last spring to replace my entire house in Milgard Tuscany windows. My first interaction was with Mo and Joe at the workshop they facilitated at the Milgard location in Tualatin. They explained window choices, their installation process and what makes them unique. They were not the least expensive of the three bids I received. But they sold me on why their installation techniques were worth every penny of that increase. We have 37 windows excluding side and sky lights. We chose to just do the back of the house initially. After the installation was complete on the back, it only took us a couple weeks to know we wanted the front replaced as well. Kyle and Brook (installers) were professional, pleasant and were meticulous in their installation and clean up. We promptly requested that Kyle and Brook be on the team for the front of the house as well. Joe was my primary contact from the beginning and I cannot praise him high enough. He was sincere and forthright in all of our communications and did not come across as a high pressure sales person whatsover....quite the opposite. Chris was the project manager who came on board during the second half of the job...and he was great to work with as well. The entire job from start to finish went smoothly and I have the utmost confidence that I had selected the right company to replace our windows.

Description of Work: Clear Choice installed a new 3-pane sliding glass door leading to the patio from our family room. Our previous door had some dry rot and they did a great job fixing those areas. They reused as much trim as they could which enabled us to keep matching trim around the interior side of the door. They also replaced several pieces of siding on the exterior of our house near the door area. They came right on time and communicated very well throughout the entire process.

Description of Work: replaced existing windows they were the best ever to work with. Sales person was very professional and explained all the options. Installers were great and did an expert job.

Description of Work: We are happy with the work that was done by Clear Choice. They replaced 14 windows and installed French doors. The sales team, the installation team, the office staff, and Mo were professional and detailed oriented.

Description of Work: We had new windows, sheathing, siding, and doors installed by Clear Choice. We originally got about 13 bids, and Clear Choice wasn't the lowest--it was in the middle of the pack. Due to the amount of work we were completing, though, Mo was able to bring the price down a touch to our budget range. We still paid more than we may have with a few of our cheapest bids, but the reviews we read and the knowledge of Mo and his crew made it well worth it for us to go with Clear Choice. One of the major issues that we were dealing with was dry rot due to some bad installation work completed by the previous owners, and we couldn't have had a better company than Clear Choice to help us deal with that. Mo is a dry rot expert, and we discovered that right away during the bid process. From removing our old and rotten siding to replacing sheathing, insulation, and windows (most of those frames were rotten, too), we never felt like we were being taken advantage of or like we were uninformed. Clear Choice was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns throughout; there were even several times when Larry, our project manager, stopped by late at night to address concerns that we had, although it was outside of his working hours. We felt like everyone at Clear Choice really bent over backwards to make sure that we were hapyomfortable with the work,

Description of Work: Replaced all windows on windward side of house, including a very large bank of 9 individual windows and numerous other double hung windows. all fiberglass Milgard. From the first phone call until the final bill, the service was excellent, prompt, thorough, detailed, and honest; the final bill was exactly what had been estimated, despite the finding of a large amount of unexpected dry rot at the time of demolition. I would highly recommend Mo and his company.
