Joel (and the entire team) was great to work with! They were professional, personable and I would highly recommend. Joel provided helpful recommendations for products that would work within our budget and still provide the look and quality we were aiming for. They were able to complete the planned work (plus some extra) within the original timeline and cost estimate even though there was an issue with the flooring and it needed to be re-purchased from a local store. We did a small bathroom remodel, and I would definitely use them again for any future or larger projects in our house!

Joel and the staff at 5-star were prompt, professional and easy to work with. We were very particular about how we wanted our bathroom to look and Joel and his team were accommodating and forthright. He even allowed us to purchase our own bathroom hardware. We wanted a curb-less shower and, of the several bids we received, they were one of the only few that said it could be done. A few minor adjustments had to be made, but overall weâ re very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommended!

Joel did a fine job of overcoming several unplanned issues without any additional costs to the project. His tile team in particular did a fantastic job on install and keeping one of the two bathrooms that were being remodeled functional for us through the project. We would certainly use 5 star in the future and recommend them to anyone considering a bath remodel.

I cannot say enough good things about Joel and his crew. They helped us out with a bathroom remodel for a condo that we were trying to get on the market to sell. Joel was responsive, fair and honest. I think most people can appreciate that trait. He and his crew were also very fast without compromising the quality of work. We will definitely be using him again in the future for own bathroom!

Joel and his crew completed my bathroom remodel in a couple of days. I am very happy with the job they did. They will be doing a flooring job for me next.

I needed a bathroom redone on a tight timeline to accommodate incoming renters. Joel was able to accommodate my schedule, even when materials were delayed. We had a misunderstanding where I thought he recommended I bring in my own plumber & he thought I wanted to use my own plumber - that led to some unnecessary complications - but to Joel's great credit - he worked through it with excellent customer service & saw the job through to the end - even coming back to finish work the plumber left undone. I just wish we'd figured it out sooner so I could have had his team do all the work from start to finish (which they are certainly capable of doing.) He's straightforward, reliable, and responsive. The work looked good. The renters are happy.
