It was a nightmare. I had to repeatedly call my insurance company because of the terrible work performance of their subcontractors- the painters and the people who did drywall. Really poor quality work. I would never hire Belfor again under any circumstances!!!
Description of Work: I had serious water damage and had to have ceilings, floors, walls, and painting done.

He consulted with us at least twice before the start of the project. He had never encountered a project like ours, but he sucessfully devised a plan that worked wonderfully! We were charged on a daily basis. The project was monitored daily, and when the moisture was gone, he removed his equipment promptly. He was very good to work with.
Description of Work: We worked with Roger Clough. He dried out a 100-year-old burial vault that sits above the ground in the Eugene Pioneer Cemetery

I liked their work. They did a pretty good job. The price was high, but in my case the insurance company paid for it. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.
Description of Work: I used them for some reconstruction work and water damage mitigation.
Terrible experience. Being stressed due to the damage the company and everyone I dealt with were dishonest or inconsiderate. The first person Brian Rosebrook came out, seemed nice, helpful and informative. We have homeowner's insurance and things were explained to me. The crew came out and things went bad from there. First, the person who gave me the selection of flooring to pick from gave me substandard samples to pick from. I finally got what I was entitled to but the workers were slackers. They would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours for lunch and leave by 2-3 PM. Though they showed up at 8 AM. One worker showed up on Friday at 11 and left by 1 PM saying he had personal problems and couldn't work. Those 2 hours he was just talking and crying to me. I had the supervisor in my home 1 day telling me too bad the work wont get done in a timely fashion I just had to deal with it. I threw him out of my house. Also what Rosebrook and others said about billing, liens, turned out to be lies.
Description of Work: We had water damage due to a leaking dishwasher. It had leaked unknown to us for a while and we needed the kitchen and laundry room floor ripped up, the sub floor redone and the cabinets and counters removed to deal with the floor and potential wall damage as well. Then needed new wood put down, new floor, kitchen repainted and cabinets and counter replaced.
