Ally and her crew did an excellent job. She was great communicating throughout the process. She wanted to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted done.

Cleaning was done nice but didn't finish job in time slotted therefore was going to charge more to finish. I had to provide ladder for them to clean ceiling fans. Ally slotted 8 hours but was sure she didn't need all 8 hours. Then said she needed 2 hours if not just 1 hour.

I've used other cleaning services in California and Oregon. Ally's Cleaning Service has been the best.

Ally and her team did an amazing job at my house! We only got to use her for a few months before we moved but she was always on time and never cut corners. When we officially moved out she did the deep clean to get it ready for the new owners and they were very pleased with her work as well, even asked for her contact info. Great company!

I wait was way too long to do this. This cleaning service has become thing I use for my well being. Having a clean house just feels good. Even my anxious German Shepherd doesnâ t mind them in our house as they clean.

We talked a little too much, which distracted Ally a bit but they did a great job. Both of the women seem like great people also.

Ally is very communicative and really bends over backward to accommodate one s needs. In my case, she came to clean our unit between tenants right after a snowstorm. I gave her 5 stars for outstanding customer service and 4.5 stars for the unit s cleanliness. A reasonable fee for service provided. Will happily use her service again.
