"I am very sorry that we were not able to accommodate requests for evening & Sunday services. The business is not open at those times, and I did not ask employees to meet these requests by this customer. Please read our other reviews which reflect our actual service during normal business hours. Thank you!"
"The individual who left this review is not a paying customer of our company. This person received a pro bono first service due to a medical & financial situation. She had agreed to pay for continuing deep-clean services to help get her home back to ?maintenance level?. Upon rescheduling, she asked for additional free services which we were not able to provide. This person then engaged in an online harassment campaign against our company. Unfortunately, we have no control over the emotional reaction of a specific person. As you can see from our other excellent customer reviews, this person?s ?experience? is not typical of our legitimate house cleaning customers. Please consider all factors before accepting the opinion of this unique individual. Thank you!"
