If you take your car in there, it will be fixed and stay fixed. If the repair didn't work I've been able to take it back and they fixed it at no additional cost.

They provided me with a list of items that needed attention or corrective action. I was able to speak directly with the mechanic who performed the vehicle inspection, and together we prioritized items listed that were deemed more urgent that were potentially safety related concerns. Quality Plus performed the service on my vehicle and even fixed an item instead of replacing it, which saved me money. There is still work that needs to be completed, however the other items can wait to be fixed on an as needed basis.
Cindy was very professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. The Quality Plus staff treated me with respect, taking the time to explain things to my satisfaction. I have dealt with some other service providers in Salem that have treated me indifferently and did not exhibit the amount of respect that Quality Plus staff have demonstrated.
I listed the quality portion of the survey as good only because I am not a mechanic and results take time to measure.
I plan on continuing to do business with Quality Plus.

They ended up replacing a different belt that had been moved when Jiffy Lube had replaced the initial one. Both belts had likely needed replacing but only one had and the one that was not replaced had been moved to access the other so it had not been fitted back on correctly. So I got the second belt replaced and they adjusted the belt from Jiffy Lube for free. Additionally, they also did a full auto inspection and reviewed some items that may need upcoming maintenance repairs. What I really appreciated is that they helped me prioritize the items (ie-this would help performance, but this one would be for a safety need so higher priority) they also gave me an idea of when to expect this without making me feel pressured to do so. None of the items were urgent, just some coming up in the near future. I got a clean record of health for my car overall. The part replacement, labor, adjustment of the other belt, and inspection were $108 very reasonable!
Later on, I got a handwritten note from the owner thanking me for using their services and a 10% coupon to use for future services with them. I was very pleased with my first experience here and the personal touch they put on our interactions. I plan to go back to them and if the experiences continue the same as this first one I will definitely be a long-term customer and recommend to others. A great experience overall!!

I also feel their pricing is very reasonable. My husband had checked the cost of belts and water pumps and weighed what he could do and couldn't do against the cost of having Quality do it. He felt their charge was well worth him not having to deal with replacing all of the belts except the timing belt.
In addition, Cindy had sent me a 10% discount coupon after they had done work on my husband's 1998 Ranger (his review to follow soon). Every little bit helps these days.
Quality Plus is my 'go to' place now. Any professional repair/maintenance needed in the future will be done by them.

I first went in for the timing belt replacement based on mfg recommendations. My initial phone call Cindy explained what they do and why, what they replace and why, etc.
I was able to get into the shop less than a week from my initial call. They even offered to take me to work in the a.m. -- like wow!
She called me prior to starting the work, and outlined a few other things that I might consider having done, and explained the why's of such.
I felt very comfortable through the whole process; finding a mechanic and/or shop that is honest and provides good service is one of those challenges for me; I don't really know a whole lot about cars, nor do I care too! I have found a auto repair shop in Salem --- Wahoo!
The shop was very clean, the service was excellent and I will certainly be going back there again for any other automotive needs. I have already started to recommend this shop to friends and co-workers.

They are women and men friendly.
I do call and make an appointment and I am usually able to get work done in a day or two. It is very close to downtow and a park.
Their prices are middle of the pack, but what you are getting from their service is worth it.
Quality plus was absolutely amazing. When they called me back with their findings they also provided multiple solutions with multiple price tags associated to them. I was able to pick the level of service that I felt the car needed or that I could afford. I was consistently kept up to date and the work was very timely. Cindy did an outstanding job taking care of the customer.
