I hired them to replace an existing ceiling fan with a new ceiling fan. The guy on the phone said it's a simple procedure and should not take more than an hour at $90 per hour. They sent two men and did the job in 40 minutes, did the job well I must say. When I got the bill I was charged 2 man-hours, one hour per man. The total bill was $180, twice what I was expecting. I should have been told that before I agreed to the job. They did the job well and quickly but we're not clear at all on the estimate.

There was a mix up with our appointment time but they were incredibly responsive in making sure he mix up was taken care of. Overall they were fast, professional and had great customer service. We will use them in the future for any other electrical needs and would recommend them to others.

The primary does not do the work. He hires out to subs. In this case the sub was very good. Also, the bid was reasonable tho the invoice was adjusted to the bid.
