I thought everything went well at the time of service. The technician showed up on time and worked very efficiently. He offered protectant to 2 of our areas where we have high traffic, and left us with a free bottle of stain remover. Seemed good and legit. Well, after the carpets dried they had a crunchy feeling until we walked over them and wore it down, but then they looked like the did before cleaning, which took less than a week. Unfortunately our dog peed in 1 of the rooms we added protectant to, about 2 weeks after the cleaning, so I was anxious to use the cleaner, which was supposed to easily clean it all up. Well it didn't do a darn thing. I swear the free spot cleaner was just water, and the protectant didn't protect at all either. After a couple more pet accidents, I decided to have our carpets treated again, but by a different company. Not only did they get up all the pet spots, they visually showed us all the dirt that remained in the carpet fibers. Proving that only the top surface had been cleaned, and nothing deeper. They also lifted and moved all the furniture and did more rooms all for a lower fee. Like I said before, I thought ZeroRez had done a decent job, until another company came in and did so much more for a similar or lower fee. Feeling a bit frustrated since Lars Larson talked them up so much.

I had heard many positive Zerorez ads by Lars Larson on 970AM and among his comments were how it left his carpets not only clean but SOFT. The cleaning they did left mine stiff and feeling as though a residue of some sort left behind Very disappointed. I had such high hopes. Not sure what I will do next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Arrived early, but called first to make sure it was okay. Got right to work after looking at what I wanted cleaned. Worked throughout the time here, and was done in about one and a half hours. Gave me good instructions about how to treat the carpet for 24 hours.

We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Zerorez. They did an excellent job and, although they didn't show up when scheduled, they called me twice to let me know that they were running late and gave me a new time to expect them. They showed up right when they said they would. I appreciated that. They were very thorough and we liked that the carpets were dry very quickly.

This was the first time we have used zerorez as our regular cleaner was all booked up, but wow he was very thorough on time and professional. The price was quite reasonable for the areas we wanted completed. I will definitely call and use the, again.

I thought Brooks not only did a good job, but he also had a great ATTITUDE as he did the work which is very important to me! I asked him to also do an area that opens into the bathroom, and for a minimal extra amount, he cheerfully did that, too. He gave a good explanation as to how Zerorez's method of carpet cleaning is different from other companies. I like it very much when workers from companies we hire state what they do well without degrading other companies, and Brooks did a great job of holding to my high standards in that aspect! We also discussed the drying time needed before furniture could be returned into place. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his work as well as in his conversation. Thanks, Brooks!!

Overall was a good deal we just thought the extra for the removal of one spot was a lot.

We are very pleased with the quality of the service performed. The tech was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We also purchased a bottle of the Zerorez cleaner for spot cleaning. Good product we are happy to have this available.

He was more than prompt, and called me a little earlier than our appointment time (which I had asked him to do, if he was available) and came early. The carpet looked great, and dried quickly. It was a real mess due to our dog and mud. I would use Zerorez again.

The quality and efficiency was excellent. Finn completely the job and the whole looked amazing. The carpet dried quickly and were able to return many things the same night. Everything was back in place by the following morning and we returned to normal life with beautifully clean carpets.

There were some serious stains that included fruit juices, and pine tar tracked in from the backyard. Carpet came out beautiful. ALL stains were removed! They showed up on time, did a great job, and finished quickly. Can't ask for more than that.

I actually had purchased this deal and let it expire. Zerorez allowed me to still use the deal and they did a great job. It is awesome to watch the dirt get sucked out of the carpet! I love Zerorez! They got me right on the schedule, came in, cleaned and it was done. Easy and what a difference.

The work done was fantastic...far better than any other cleaning company we have tried in the past....even the "big name" ones! The knowledge and prefessionalism of the representative was beyond reproach. I would hire Zerorez in a heartbeat knowing that trust the results! Thank you!

What I liked the most was that I had family coming in last minute and they worked very hard to squeeze me in over the course of a few days.

We had an old dog who had incontinence problems. After she was gone we hired Zerorez to come clean our carpeting with extensive pet stains. They did an excellent job and none of the stains have come back up.

the promotion is for the basic service, I found out later that is not quite suit for me. Actually I need deeper cleaning to remove dog smell so this price doesn't work well. This is my first time to use this service, I'd like have been couslulted more so I could have a right choice. Anyway the price match the service. ZeroREZ has clear price list for each items, which is good.
