Brooks was most professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. He set up guards to protect the corners where the tube would touch. The traffic pattern on this carpet was most evident, for a 7 year old carpet. He really cleaned it great......and it looks almost new!!! We will have them back again. We had a small oriental throw that looked brighter on one end after he cleaned it, and he came back and remedied it. We answered their questionnaire and have a $40 coupon for next time. You can't go wrong with them!!

Our dog became very ill while we were away for a short shopping trip. We were gone about an hour and when we came back our dog had had diarrhea and vomiting all over the room. The carpeting is an off white shag and it was clear we were NEVER going to be able to get it cleaned. To make matters worse we had a work Christmas party that evening. We called Zerorez because they had previously been to our home and we were very pleased with their work. They were able to arrive within a couple of hours and when they left you couldn't tell our dog had been so ill. The carpets were completely free of any stains or odor. We highly recommend Zerorez!

The cleaning went very well. We heard one of their ads on the radio, so that combined with their Angie's List ratings sold us on using them and we're glad that we did!

We had remodeled our kitchen and there was dust everywhere. I decided to have everything cleaned. One person came to do the job. He was here almost all day he worked steadly and I felt like when he got done it was clean and smelled fresher

The whole experience was awesome. From beginning to end they were very professional, friendly, and we will definitely use them again. We scheduled the appointment online and then decided we needed to change the date. A quick phone call took care of that. An email arrived letting us know what we needed to be prepared for [furniture, vacuuming, etc] and we knew pet stains would be addresses at the appointment and cost extra. Jon was our service guy, he called us to tell us he was on his way, within the arrival window we were given. He was really nice, looked at the areas needing cleaning, we discussed the details and the cost, and he got to work. It was very quick and efficient, and we were both impressed with the service and the quality of the work. Our old carpets look bright and clean and feel good. We were not disappointed and they delivered exactly what they promised. We used another service last year and not only did it seem like it was so much more work but the people were not at professional. By professional I don't mean stuffy, but personable, and knowing your stuff. We are very happy with our results!

Jon from Zerorez arrived on time and prepared to clean the carpets. He sprayed a prep solution on the carpets and then proceeded to clean the carpets. I was amazed how quickly and professionally he proceeded with the job. I had a bad result with another carpet cleaner in July, so I was not looking for a better result. Boy was I wrong! I can't believe how great his service was. The last time it took days for the carpet to dry, this time it was dry by the afternoon and stunningly just like new again. It even feels softer and more cushier. I will be proud to have my family over for the holidays, thanks to Jon and Zerorez! I recommend their service highly and will use this company again in 6 months!

It was really easy You know they have an online booking and they just called back to confirm and when they came out they did the the job and the carpet was clean and it smelt nice. They were good. There was one particular guy that came out and he took upon him self and offered to move furniture and he took care of every thing and he was very careful. He was really good, very easy. There was a little confusion with the scheduling and he still came earlier than the time.

At my intial call, they asked about the rooms to be cleaned and provided an estimated quote. Scheduling was done and their process explained. On the day of the service, the technicians called to say they were stuck in traffic, but would arrive in approximately 30 min. I appreciated the notice that they were running a little late. The technicians were young and very professional. They knew their product and were extremely conscientious about their work. They did an excellent job - our carpets look great. They worked very efficiently and I was extremely satisfied with the results.

I highly recommend them. They do a great job. They’re neat and tidy. They move the furniture. They always come in and do an estimate telling you how much it will cost. They send you an email telling you who will coming to your house. They’re quick and thorough. They don’t use chemicals so it doesn’t leave the smell behind. They don’t saturate your carpet so every time it comes out really clean.

Tech/Skyler was great. Not only did he do a great job but he explained each step he was taking and why. We have a person in a wheelchair in the home so that presents some different cleaning challenges. He did a great job, was professional and personable. This is my second job with them and I will deffinately have them back.

Called to ask if they could arrive early which worked out great. When I scheduled was told that since I was having only carpet cleaning in one room, they had a minimum charge and they didn't want to charge that for just one room. Listed other services for me and decided to have them also clean the dryer vent as I was planning to do this anyway. All work was done well. Took before and after pictures of the vent to show me the difference. The carpet looks and and feels like news. Very pleased with their service and would use again

Discussed what the special deal included and then what extras he would recommend and what the cost would be. Felt he was very upfront and honest without trying to get me to spend money in services I didn't really need. He treated and retreated the pet stains in order to completely remove them and he gave me tips on how to better treat future accidents. He was friendly and professional and the carpets looked amazing when he was done.

We had pet stains and they were able to get them out. One carpet cleaner came out and it took them about half a day.

It was great I think this was over a year ago. They came out shortly after the Big Deal was purchased and the only reason I paid more than the $99.00, was because I added an additional room.

Great job on the hard floors as well as the carpets. We will use them again!

I had multiple bad pet stains as the result of my old dog being unable to always control her bodily function as she ages. They were able to not only remove the smell but the stains did not come back up. I have had stains removed by other companies before and within the year they always came back up. The stains they removed have stayed removed. They were professional, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Tech was very professional and on time. Carpets looked great when done. Cost more than expected. Dirt seems to have returned quickly.

I wasn't so sure about "Empowered Water" and I still cant say exactly what that means but I do know that our carpets got clean. We listed our home for sale a week later and people thought all of the carpet in the home was brand new when really we had only replaced the living room carpet and the rest were cleaned by Zerorez.

Not as requested. Response poor in confirming what was to be done with regards to cleaning specific areas due to pet dog marking. The ZeroRez technician and company's office did not properly use the contact phone numbers to confirm areas to be cleaned, as there was not authorized supervision in the clients home. The order was done on online by daughter in-law and specific. A note was written and placed in the home by son, that specified the areas needing cleaning with contact names and phone information available. The customer a 95 year old woman that unfortunately has memory loss issues. The technician conferred with the 95 year old woman, no one else, not only cleaned areas not ordered to be cleaned (problem 1) but, up sold her on products not wanted (problem 2) by the person who placed the initial order. No one properly followed-up to confer with the person ordering the service and specified work areas (problem 3). The only follow-up made was confirming that there was work to be done on said date. The company's office elected to argue with the person who had ordered the service over the phone (problem 4) not accepting any fault with their system failure (problem 5). The two main areas that were to be cleaned never were, although the technician could come back to clean those areas another day for a price of $129. The billing went from $160 to potentially over $479 if we decide to have ZeroRez come back to finish the job as requested (problem 6). I believe ZeroRez conveniently took advantage of a home bound 95 year old woman! No confirmation or back-up phone calls to get a clear picture on exactly what was ordered to be done. Bad business!! Bad business!!! This is not an indictment of the pricing of doing business necessarily, this is a real problem with lack of checks and balances. Not following up with questions for clarity of service work and upselling on older people who have difficulty making clear judgments.

I thought everything went well at the time of service. The technician showed up on time and worked very efficiently. He offered protectant to 2 of our areas where we have high traffic, and left us with a free bottle of stain remover. Seemed good and legit. Well, after the carpets dried they had a crunchy feeling until we walked over them and wore it down, but then they looked like the did before cleaning, which took less than a week. Unfortunately our dog peed in 1 of the rooms we added protectant to, about 2 weeks after the cleaning, so I was anxious to use the cleaner, which was supposed to easily clean it all up. Well it didn't do a darn thing. I swear the free spot cleaner was just water, and the protectant didn't protect at all either. After a couple more pet accidents, I decided to have our carpets treated again, but by a different company. Not only did they get up all the pet spots, they visually showed us all the dirt that remained in the carpet fibers. Proving that only the top surface had been cleaned, and nothing deeper. They also lifted and moved all the furniture and did more rooms all for a lower fee. Like I said before, I thought ZeroRez had done a decent job, until another company came in and did so much more for a similar or lower fee. Feeling a bit frustrated since Lars Larson talked them up so much.

My experience with them went fine. They were efficient and friendly.
