WRIGHT CHOICE CLEANING

Kim was a pretty good cleaner. The first time she cleaned our home, she followed up with a phone call to see how it was. She is receiving a poor grade, however, for her professionalism. On one occasion, I asked if she could clean the mudroom floor which she did. She and I discussed originally that we could request extra things from time to time and I let her know that she could trade something for it if she wished. I noticed that if there was a dish or pot left in the sink, the sink would not be cleaned. I recently needed to go out of town for business and leaving my husband with 2 small children, I thought he might not be able to clean up every breakfast dish before she arrived. I left her a note asking if she could move any dishes left in the sink to the counter or wash them so the sink could get clean. My husband added a note asking her to wipe down the faces of the cabinets. She left a note saying that she was quitting as we "keep adding things". My issue is with her professionalism. If there was a problem, she should have given me a call to talk about it. Leaving a note (ironically, left next to a sticky spot on the table that she didn't clean) wasn't the best way to approach the situation.
