They get 35% of my rental income. I have a house that managed and responsiveness is where we had occasional issues, they can do better. When I send a message and provide input and a question, I need to hearing back in a timely manner. The time frame doesn't have to be the next day, it could be next week, if I happen to hear back and it requires me to resend the question or make a phone call,that isn't responsive.
Description of Work: They do vacation home rental management. Currently they are managing a beach house for me. They handle all the bookings and all the payments and annual reports.

Vacsa Rentals customer service representatives Becky and Supervisor were extremely rude. Not once did they apologize for the misrepresentation of their property on VRBO. The add clearly stated that it had beds for 14. The unit had 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 sleeper sofa and two twins. By all my calculations, this unit only has beds for 10. The VRBO website also listed the nightly rates as $375 for a weekend night and $270 for the Sunday night. They charged me $550.00 per night. When asking about the cost discrepancy, the supervisor said that on their website that it stated $550.00, but I was never directed to their website. I found their home on VRBO and did my business through email.
Description of Work: Found a home on VRBO and inquired with Vacasa Rentals. Their email sent to me stated that the home sleeps 14. Later I found out that the home only sleeps 10. When I called Vacasa, they kept referring to their own website which I never visited because I found the home on VRBO and contacted Vacasa by email. Secondly, they list nightly rental rates on VRBO of $375 and $270 per night. They then charged me $550.00 per night. When I phoned customer service, they were less then helpful. They tried to blame me for their failure to advertise correctly.

Additionally, our interactions with you via email made it very clear that the home has a maximum occupancy of 14 and that it could sleep 10. This information was made clear to you prior to your booking and should have come as no surprise when you arrived at the home.
