What I was quoted on the phone was not what I was charged.

Excellent -- they came to our house within two hours and were professional and efficient with their repair.

It went GREAT. The thing that really impressed me was that he arrived EXACTLY when he said he would. Even a couple minutes ahead of schedule. He took his shoes off outdoors. Cleaned up after himself. Left us with a useable bathroom while we work toward the rest of floor repair needed after damage.

They arrived fast and on time. They saw there was more work that needed to be done and didn't have time that day. They returned the next day on time and completed the work faster than they estimated. that didn't lower my bill. They quoted 6 hours but only needed 5. The bill was for the full quoted amount though. I was hoping to be billed less since it didn't take as long but they did what they promised they would do. They also left some of the old pipe under the house. I'm not sure if that is normal or not

" Jim", the plumber was prompt, efficient, friendly, and well priced, offering a 10%off coupon. He made sure the dog didn't escape and when I looked at the business card he left I noticed it was water proof! He really knew his trade and I would use him again, but hope I won't need to!

I had a plumbing disaster involving another company and after many mishaps, a chronic lack of responsiveness by the first company, my sister recommended I get several quotes. She said I should get at least four quotes and that I'd be surprised by how they varied. She was so right! In addition to quotes which varied, I also had the opportunity to see which companies were the most thorough and detailed in their quotes and to see how responsive they were to my many questions. The Plumbers Inc rated many many steps higher in my book. First their quote was very detailed. Next, it was reasonably priced. And not the least, they were very easy to talk with and answered all my questions and were very responsive whenever I called them with additional questions. They were very professional and had everything taken care of and cleaned up on schedule. I was truly thrilled and have since used them again for a very minor repair in my shower. They were again very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I am so happy I found The Plumbers, Inc. !

He arrived right on time. Advised the hourly rate. He was very efficient, extremely skilled, and worked very fast. The job has been completed. Thanks again to Angies List for this great opportunity.

When he arrived he ran water in the utility sink (next to floor drain) to see if the drain would back up. It did back up and when it did it created a mess. He said he would completely clean it up and apologized multiple times. Halfway through the job he had to leave and another worker came with a different snake. The first guy mopped up some of the mess before he left and then said his co-worker would finish the clean up. The second worker left without cleaning up the mess and I got stuck cleaning up their mess. However they were professional and helpful otherwise. They are going to send me a bid to fix the "broken pipe" and I will consider using them again if they can assure me they will clean up after themselves next time and if their bid is comparable to other bids I will get. It might be partly my fault because when the first guy was apologizing for the mess I said, "that's ok". At $108/hour (I got charged for 1.5 hours at $108/hour for total of $145.80 after Angie's list coupon), I'm not sure I want to be charged extra time for their clean up.

They're knowledgeable, and they provide good quality of work. Also, they are responsive. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Joe arrived on-time. He unplugged the tub quickly and cleaned up after himself. Perfect!

They came out on schedule, performed the work, ended up having to install an auto vent in addition. After the initial inspection, we called them for a time to finish the job, while also asking if they could replace the pressure valve on the hot water heater and install the plumbing to the sink. I have no complaints and would hire them again Pat in Wilsonville,OR

We had a plumber out in about 24 hours to fix the broken pipe The plumber arrived in the time frame specified, called ahead to let us know he was on his way, and fixed the problem in about 3 hours All was as promised, though they did have to revise the bill to reflect the promised Angie's List discount. That involved an extra phone call, but it was taken care of immediately

Leak started in the evening. Called at 7 AM at the next morning and was informed that a service man would be sent immediately, received call-back from service man at 7:20 AM to say he was on his way, service man arrived at 7:45 AM and problem was fixed shortly thereafter. Service man was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do.

They were able to send someone out with very short notice. He was prompt, professional and went above and beyond what was expected.

Both gentlemen were very nice to deal with. They both were careful to not track dirt or mud into our home and careful to clean up when their job was complete. In watching the process, I was pleased with how they both worked and how detailed these tasks were. I would definitely call on them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Called a bunch of 3 places and this was the only one that could come out the same day. They were puntual. Professional. Didn't push work. Overall went very well. Hopefully they don't have to come back. I thought the price of just coming out was a bit steep. $98 per hour. They only spent about 30 minutes here but charge for the first full hour. They will give you credit for the remaining time if they have to come back out.

The Plumbers responded quickly to my phone inquiry. They arrived on time the very next day, were friendly, and fixed my problem quickly. They actually came in a bit below their initial bid. VERY happy with the experience!

Best experience in plumbing work ever.

I called up The Plumbers Inc. and asked if they could come out to give a quote. They were very prompt in their reply and were able to meet me at my house a day or two later. The person writing the quote (Judah) was very professional and thorough and had a quote to me by e-mail a few days later. He estimated $2475 for the entire project, and that it would take 1.5-2 days to complete. We scheduled a start time on a Monday, and the two plumbers showed up on time to start. The first day they cut into the walls as needed and prepped pipe underneath the house. They were really carefull with laying out plastic on the carpet, and worked hard to keep the water on as long as possible. The next day they came to perform the actual install, and were able to finish in just 2 days. I then worked with the office personnel to set up an inspection time with the City of Hillsboro. That went fine, and The Plumbers Inc. billed me at that point. Overall, I feel like they worked pretty hard to limit the amount of damage to the walls and bathroom tile. They were upfront in their quote that the price did not include patch work on the walls, and I appreciate that kind of clarity in contracts. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves (I checked under the house) and they came through on their promise to finish in 2 days. The final bill was exactly as quoted. I'm really satisfied with the work they performed.

On June 14, 2012 we had a home inspection for our house. The inspection turned up two plumbing problems that needed to be fixed, one of which turned out to be somewhat critical. During the inspection, we discovered that our major drain line for all sinks (2 bathroom, kitchen and laundry room) was slowly leaking in our crawl space. The inspector had discovered a rusted joint and when he poked around to examine it, he punched a hole through several very rusted, thin parts of the pipe. We called The Plumbers, Inc. on the suggestion of the inspector and Angie's List. The plumber, Andres, came out within 12 hours and replaced several sections of drain pipe. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and we discussed the problem areas. He did a quick exam of each situation and informed us of what he was going to do to fix the problems. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. He worked efficiently and the repairs look sound and nice. The second problem involved a leak in our guest bathroom sink. Since we don't use that bathroom very much, we didn't notice the leak; however the home inspector did. We had Andres fix that problem. I looked at the leaking sink and thought it was a worn out gasket; however Andres pointed out that there was a small hole in the pipe at the bottom of the sink. He replaced the pipe and sink stopper. We were very satisfied with the jobs Andres did. My wife thought we would have to pay at least $500 and was surprised at the $300 bill.

We had an excellent experience all around working with The Plumbers Inc. Judah, the sales person / owner, showed up exactly on time and provided the bid in a few days. The work crew arrived at 8:00 am on a Monday to start the job. After putting together a quick parts list they quickly started work on the job. I had expected the job to take most of the week to complete, but they worked very fast and were done with all work by Wednesday morning. The city building inspector looked at it on Thursday and commented on the high quality of the work and attention to detail. He did not find any issues and passed it on the first inspection. The same day they returned to drain the system (all the drains, vents and shower pan had been filled with water to for the inspection). This is the second high quality job that The Plumbers Inc. has done for me. Not only do I feel I received high quality work, but their bid was 30% lower then any of the other bids I received.

They were very personable and efficient. They were very effective and quick. They were very responsive to my needs and what needed to be done.
