 + -1 moreHad several windows replaced. The contractor was very helpful with recommendations about the type of windows to buy. The work was done efficiently and looked great. There was a problem with the trim on one window and that was replaced without my saying anything. My only complaint is that I asked for an estimate for further work. I asked twice and Bill never got back to me so I assumed that he was not interested in doing the job.

 + -1 moreI can't say enough positive things about working with Tentmaker Construction. We have great confidence in the quality of work performed. In addition, Bill was a source of confidence and calm during a difficult repair situation. Now that our leakage problems have been repaired, we have scheduled Tentmaker Construction to handle some long postponed "fun" improvements to our home.
Description of Work: Bill Winchester of Tentmaker Construction guided us through a very difficult repair process addressing water intrusion in our home. He accommodated the documentation requirements of our attorney and forensic contruction specialist as he determined the source of the leaks and made the required repairs. Bill and his team performed window replacement, wall and flooring repairs, and subcontracted necessary exterior stucco replacement and interior painting.

 + -1 moreThey did good work. I did have to bug them to come back and finish up the last little bit of the job. They came on time. It took them longer than they thought it was going to take. So they worked from 8 in the morning till 8 in the night. They did clean up well.

 + -1 moreIt went very well; the roofers did an excellent job of painting the roof. When finished they cleared the gutters and yard, picking up any stray nails, with a large magnet. The owner of the company came by later to check to see that the work was up to his standards. I am very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Repaired dry rot at base of a valley. Patched in roofing over repair area to be level with other roofing. Installed architectural roofing areas entire roof. Installed no Gaulle flashing on entire roof, metal valleys & metal cricket. Installed solar tube in my office.
