Two women came and did an excellent job. They were very accommodating and able to come on short notice. The price was reasonable and they did a great job.

I felt that in general it was clean. However, there were things left undone such as some dusting. She also placed things in another place than where we had them. I didn't feel that her attention to detail was up to par. She also did not listen well when I told her how I felt. She had asked how I liked it, she should have been willing to listen to my real feelings.

"THE MEMBER CALLED & SAID SHE NEEDED HER HOUSE CLEANED ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. THE NORMAL PRICE FOR HER HOUSE WOULD HAVE BEEN $180.00 BUT I NOT ONLY GAVE HER A DISCOUNT, I RESCHEDULED A FRIDAY CLIENT SO THAT I COULD DO HER HOUSE. SHE STATED HER HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN, BUT WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WAS A GREAT DEAL OF DUST AND CAT HAIR WAS ON EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE KITCHEN TABLE. BOTH BATHROOMS WERE SO DIRTY I SPENT CLOSE TO AN HOUR ON EACH ONE. THE DUST ON ONE OF THE BEDROOM BLINDS WAS SO THICK THAT I HAD TO VACUUM THE BED COVER AFTERWARDS. I HAD TOLD HER THAT I WOULD BE FINISHED WITH HER 1300 SQ FT HOME IN 4 TO 5 HRS, YET I CLEANED FOR 7HRS. DURING THE TIME I WAS WORKING A CARPET CLEANING COMPANY SHOWED UP AND MOVED PART OF THE FURNITURE INTO THE KITCHEN AREA THAT I WAS TRYING TO CLEAN. THIS MADE IT DIFFICULT TO DO THE FLOOR. HE ALSO MOVED A LOT OF OTHER THINGS & I LEFT THEM WHERE HE PUT THEM. I VACUUMED EVERY INCH OF HER HOUSE AND MOVED ALL HER FURNITURE TO DO IT. I TOOK THE BOOKS OUT OF HER BOOK SHELF & HAND DUSTED ALL SURFACES & HER MANY MANY NICKNACKS. THE DUSTING SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT WAS A TALL HUTCH THAT THE MICROWAVE WAS SITTING IN THAT I HAD MISSED THE TOP OF IT. I TOLD HER THAT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR 7 HRS AND THAT SMALL AMOUNT OF DUST COULD WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT TIME I CAME. SHE WAS QUITE RUDE. I HAD A HARD TIME BELIEVING SHE WASN'T DELIGHTED WITH THE DIFFERENCE IN HER HOUSE. THE CARPET MAN SAID I WAS VERY THOROUGH & TOOK MY NUMBER TO PASS ALONG TO HIS CLIENTS."

I called Kathy last minute, as I couldn't wait any longer to have drywall dust removed from all the surfaces in my house, which was every surface. She came the next day and spent hours going over everything that dust had settled on. I was impressed with the transformation and will definitely be using her again.

I told Kathy that I had a 1,000 square foot one-level house and wanted a one-time cleaning that week if possible. I did not request the window cleaning at that time. She was able to do it herself in five hours that week or to do it with another cleaner in three hours for a cost of $150. I was glad that it worked out to be two cleaners for three hours. I waited for them at the house at the appointed time, went threw the house with Kathy, asked if they would have time to clean the insides of all the windows. We agreed on $40 for that. I left cash for the payment, went shopping for three hours (the agreed upon time) and came home to a well-cleaned house. I was very satisfied with the cleaning. I told Kathy that I do not want cleaning every two weeks, only once a month or occasionally. That I would call her when I needed it again and hope that she could fit me in.

I AM DELIGHTED THAT SHE WAS PLEASED WITH MY SERVICES, AND WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CLEAN FOR HER AGAIN. SHE WAS AN EXTREMELY PLEASANT LADY AND I VERY MUCH ENJOYED MEETING HER.
