What can I begin to say? If I keep one person from using this company, I will have succeeded. They do not deserve your money. They are incredibly dishonest. Here's a small litany of the issues you may face if decide to use Sleep Sound: rudeness to you tenants, withholding of information about the state of your property from you, hiring cheap, unprofessional contractors, purposefully hiding fees from you. They seem to have a total inability to keep track of information, especially important information. Literally any property management company has to be better than these guys. I can't possibly imagine how they have any positive reviews at all. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else.

HORRIBLE! They are unnecessarily invasive, tried to raise the rent twice after having a signed lease, and harassed us many times. They retaliated against us because we would not agree to the price increases They would tell us something and then the policy "changed". STAY AWAY! It's not worth the agony. They are very "friendly and nice" but its a facade, the end decisions (conveyed in the nicest of terms) dont seem to consider the fact that the people paying them just want to pay the rent and enjoy the privacy of the home they are paying to live in

It went really well - Nick saw me at his first opportunity (in my case this was within 24 hrs of my initial call). He was very upfront and honest about what to expect and described for me the different ways his company would support both landlord and tenant. He took a very thorough tour of my property and asked many questions to get the most accurate picture possible of what my property would offer. Totally professional, responsive and honest!

I've had a wonderful experience with Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. I ended up giving this company a call after I had been renting my property on my own for a few months. I found out the hard way that I knew just enough about renting my home to get myself into trouble. The tenants weren't paying rent and I wasn't sure what to do. I called Sleep Sound Property Management and spoke to Nicholas Cook. I explained my situation to him and even though I had not hired him yet he gave me a few resources to help figure out how to get rid of the tenants who were not paying. After the tenants were gone I gave him another call and hired him to find new tenants for me and to manage my home on an ongoing basis. I couldn't be more happier. He is professional, knowledgeable and always prompt with returning my emails. A+ for Sleep Sound.

That is great, at least they are checking. And when ever I decided to need one full rancher something like that, they're definitely going to do it but get the signs for that. As part of their job, so they would know how to do it. The price was reasonable. They check the place all the time. That is convenient.
