The interest checks come in every month, which really supplements our income. I would definitely recommend working with Simple Lending if you're looking for a solid, secure return on your investment money.
Description of Work: Simple Lending has been great for us. They have helped us make great investments in trust deeds for the last few years. Every month we get a check like clockwork. We like that we can go by and see the property our money is invested in. The loans are very conservative so we feel safe with them.
