Sharpe Plumbing

We had all water pipes replaced in our home including the drains in our bathroom sink and tub, along with the drain for our washer. He replaced our old water heater and moved it to a new location. He arranged for an electrician, and someone to do the drywall for us. He was always on time, very kind, flexible, and understanding. The only bump came from the boaring company that he works with (they drilled thru our sewer line). He was on top of the problem immediately, and it was fixed with no further cost to us. I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed Kevin in our home. He's wonderful, neat, tidy,always on time.

He was very nice and did a good job. He gave me a senior discount. I was satisfied with the work. If I had to have any other plumbing work done, I would call him again.

I like him. He is fantastic. He is very easy to get in touch with and he is quick to respond. He does a great job when he is here. He is a very nice guy. It was a good experience all the way around. I've used him 3 or 4 times. He's been great. He is very trustworthy and very kind. He is pleasant to work with. He is very clean. He would tell me what parts to buy so I could do some of it myself.

I knew from the first phone call that Kevin's company was both competent and professional.  Kevin's company met every deadline and arrived on time for our appointment.  Kevin immediately set my mind at ease with his ability to explain and answer my concerns about what I thought was extensive damage to my home.  He walked through my concerns and provided thoughtful and thorough explanations for each of them.   To address the plumbing needs in my home, Kevin had to cut through several places of drywall.  He was careful and conscientious about covering and protecting my things.  When he was finished, he cleaned everything up, and I could hardly tell he had been there! Kevin did not try to take advantage of my limited knowledge of plumbing issues by charging me for unnecessary repairs.  I appreciate that!  I highly recommend Kevin to any who would have plumbing needs.

Kevin worked very efficiently, was punctual and clean and very pleasant to work with.  He is excellent at explaining how to do things and answering questions.

They responded very quickly which was good because we weren't enjoying cold showers :) The plumber, Kevin Sharpe, was prompt, polite and very thorough. He cleaned up after his work was done. We are very pleased with the experience and workmanship. We highly recommend this company.

His office called to confirm the time he would arrive within a 45 minute window.  Right on time and straight to work he went.  He fully explained what was happening and even though the fixture was over 20 year old he said it was in good condition and only required a few minor adjustments and he replaced the handle mechanism.  He was extremely polite and respectful, worked efficiently and did not charge me the normal fee for the parts as he had them in stock in his truck.
He could have taken advantage of my ignorance and I would have been un the wiser.  Instead, he was honest and just and being a family man, completely understood my situation with company coming.
I've never experienced such a sincere and caring repairmen who was more than reasonable when he could have tried to sell me the complete set-up!  I will not hesitate to call on him again whenever the need arises and I have already recommended him to several friends.  I've heard nothing but favorable comments!  Give him a try, you won't be disappointed!
