My name is Casey Ehrman. I have been involved in athletics since a very young age. I joined the Navy straight out of high school where my curiosity for exercise took off. At my first duty station my interest in athletics was recognized by my superiors and was asked to try out for Rescue Swimmer school. I graduated first in my class and was designated Lead rescue swimmer on my ship. After leaving the Navy I wanted to further my knowledge of athletics and decided to get my certification for personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since moving to Portland I began to commute by bike everywhere and got rid of my car. Cycling has turned into a dear passion of mine and I am currently racing for Therapeutic Associates/Gener8 cycling team.
I do my best to make sure that all of my clients get the best training possible. I make sure that they all are comfortable with me and what we are doing so that we can achieve optimal results. I am here to work for you to help you reach your goals.
