Rise & Shine Cleaning Service

They provide a great service and I am moving out of their area so I had to find a new service and it breaks my heart. They are wonderful to work with and flexible to changes in your schedule. I highly recommend using Rise and Shine!

Staff are prompt, thorough, friendly and listen to and act on special requests. Management is responsive to changing schedules and has good reminder and payment system in place.

All the cleaning technicians are fantastic and we particularly love Elissa. She is thorough and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend!

They did a great job cleaning my bathrooms. I have a rental property and needed a good annual bathroom cleaning and they did a spectacular job on it.

One person worked for 3-1/2 hours. Probably a few more details would have been taken care of, i.e; dusting picture frames,etc., with 2 people. 1400 sq. ft. house.

The two ladies showed up on time. They were very professional and polite. They listened to what I wanted done and went above what I asked for.

Rise & Shine did a great job. They were responsive and scheduled a cleaning with short notice. Everything went as planned and they did a great job. I would recommend them to a friend and I would hire them again.

Shelf liners from previous users were not removed( they told us on their way out) and there was construction dust in the shelves. Some shelves were forgotten or left untouched.Also the window panes were not cleaned and some of the blinds were found dirty. Did not see the results till the next day of the move in. Had to clean again. Overall an ok job.

Instead of coming at 9am as previosuly arranged, cleaners came at 1pm. Cleanup was for pre-move in because we had carpets taken out and floors put in. Cleaners missed a bunch of windows, and many shelves were still covered in sawdust, which we had to spend days cleaning afterwards as some were cleaned and others not. We would think that for a deep cleaning, shelf cleaning would be one of the most basic items. Linen closet was also left undone and we had to clean it ourselves too. Would not hire again, definitely did not get our moneys worth.

My husband and I hired Rise and Shine to clean our condo after we had to let go our previous cleaning lady (we were not happy with her services). Eric replied to my inquiry ASAP and we set our first appointment. The girls that came to clean our condo did an excellent job. They asked about my preferences and did everything I asked for. The place was spotless. We have a kitty that is normally shy and used to hide in fear when the condo was being cleaned before. Kerri and Taylar made her feel comfortable immediately and she was roaming around the condo trying to play with them.

The initial quote given was $130 but after the first cleaning they revised the price to$160 which was all right. We used the service for 4 weeks before firing them. A team of 2 came on time at the first visit and spent about 4 hours. They had left some spots not quite clean such as areas with dust still on the floor. This was pointed out to the team. The second visit the same problems were encountered and the team only went back to re-clean spots after insistence. We had to take a paper towel and wipe the floor top show the black dirt . This was after it had already been mopped. It was apparent that they did not lift small appliances when wiping the kitchen countertops and seemed to wipe around jars and appliances. There were crumbs still left on the sofa after vacuuming and 1 foot tall ring of brown grime was left in the shower wall. We called Eric the manager who did call back promptly. He came to inspect the 4th cleaning. However he left before the clenaing was completed and without saying good bye so we never got a chance to show him the ring of bathroom scum that remained in the bathroom even after the 4 th cleaning. One of the beds had sheets left untucked along one entire side and the kitchen cook top was still dirty. We had to clean it again after the team left, though all it required was a soapy sponge. I feel that Rise and Shine uses inferior products and shows a lack of attention to detail that does not warrant the $160 per week.

Our house looks WONDERFUL! The ladies who came were so nice and personable and did a great job. Definitely would hire them again.

I had notified the owner of the business about the incomplete services, but never received concrete follow up.

It went very well. The three ladies were pleasant and polite, and they all worked really hard. Karrie spent a long time on my oven and refrigerator, as requested, and they were flexible working around my disabled son.

The two person team arrived on time and did a good job cleaning.
