After calling around in a panic, I connected with Elad about changing the locks at our house. After explaining my situation, Elad was able to make it over to our house and get the job done faster than I expected. He was kind, very reasonably priced, professional, and very quick! I highly recommend him!

Elad was great. Prompt, fast, skilled and fairly priced. He came over and re-keyed all my locks and made spare keys. Pointed out a few errors the last person did. When I asked him about the garage door, he told me that it just needed oiling and programmed a new remote for me. He also added a lock to the garage entry door (to kitchen) for increased security.

Elad was very responsive and courteous. Upon arrival he recommended that the entire doorknob be replaced, which was OK by me because it was at least 21 years old. The new doorknob is not only a bit larger then the one it replaced, but it also has a great solid feel to it. This is definitely not a wimpy doorknob. The keys I have still work. What impressed me the most was that it only took him 15 minutes to complete the job, and then he was on his way. I had email/phone communication with him prior to his arrival so perhaps that contributed to his preparedness. But still, it only took him 15 minutes!

Elad came within 30 minutes of our call, was really professional and recommended the most inexpensive and effective solution to solve our problem. Before he left he rekeyed our lock, cut spare keys and was on his way within 30 minutes. We were so impressed and glad we called him.

It started out with a nice visit. Elad was very helpful and was also willing to reduce the cost since we were rekeying most of our house to one key. He was prompt at sending someone out. It didn't take long at all, Billy did a great job. The master key he made for all the doors works better than the original keys. They were even willing to throw in a few extra keys beyond what was expected at no extra cost. We are very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

He was very nice and on time. It didn't take him long to get to our home and I was very pleased with him. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Called Elad early Saturday morning after discovering my back doorknob, which had worked well the entire time I've had the house, suddenly would not operate the bolt, so the door could not be opened. It is the most-used door in the house, and a contractor needs to deliver 600sf of flooring through it Monday morning. Elad was at my house as promised 30 minutes later. He first realigned the original assembly to see if it could be fixed with adjustment only, but it failed testing so he replaced it with the high-quality type he carries in his van. Elad said it should be fine for many years but if I have any trouble with it in the future, he will repair or replace it at no charge. There were no trip or re-keying charges I would use this company again.
