Paulson's Floor Coverings

Description of Work: I wanted to replace the carpet in our basement, which is a large family room. When Pat came out to measure, he wasn't sure if they would be able to move the pool table, treadmill, and large TV. He said he would price some things out, and get back to me. He had my phone number, address, and measurements of the room. He has failed to contact me at all with a price. When I called the store to ask if they move these types of items, they said no, you need to hire a 3rd party. So I would need to hire a mover to be here the exact time the carpet installers would be here, to move the items, install the carpet, and move the items back. What a hassle, and unprofessional behavior to not get back with a price, or to have workers who can move large items. Koeber's Interiors said sure, no problem, we can move those items and install your carpet for you. So, I will be using Koeber's.

Description of Work: New home with carpet they installed for builder. Carpet is poor quality with snags in multiple rooms upstairs. Carpet was laid as one large piece throughout upper floor. Carpet coming up in multiple spots throughout upper floor.
