This company advertises that their installations take two days or less. My shower installation started on April 2nd and was finished on April 30th. In addition, the installation cost was an additional $1350.00. The installation crew did a great job being very precise about their work. I have nothing but good things to say about the installers that came to my house. During the first day, I was told the panels making up the sides of the shower were not large enough to cover the walls in my shower area. That required moving to the next size up in panel material to cover an additional one inch on each side. The additional size cost me $1350.00. Part way through day two of installation, I was informed the crew had the wrong size frame piece for the shower door installation and couldn't complete the installation. Another installer returned the next week to complete the door installation. He did not have the right size door to complete the installation. I talked to a manager named Mick who told me the correct size door would be ordered and would be shipped mid month. By that time I had paid for the work to be done. I was waiting for Mick to offer some sort of compensation for the long delay of the installation. He did not offer anything and when I asked him directly, Mick said he would not offer any sort of compensation because of their delay. Mick didn't seem to me to be interested in keeping me as a customer or concerned with any type of recommendation I may have for other potential customers. On April 30th, another installation crew came to install the door. It was discovered that they did not have all the correct pieces to complete the installation. They were able to complete the installation later that day, nearly a month after the two day or less installation began. When this process began, I was thinking about doing the same type of remodel work in another bathroom. After this experience with Pacific Bath Company, I would not consider them for that job or any other.
