Dave called very soon after I submitted the request, and he was able to come to our house the following day. He is very professional and clearly knows his stuff. He was able to get our dryer airflow back to 3x or so where it was, and we did have a growing obstruction. He also took care to fix some obstacles around the vent trap that we exacerbating the situation, as well as checked the dryer installation. I believe we got way more than we paid for, and I will definitely have him back next time.

David did excellent work, but the value of the service came in the advice he gave as much as the services provided. He provided excellent information on how to keep our carpets in good shape so they last, and his advice had nothing to do with getting additional business for himself. He knows his stuff when it comes to carpets and is very willing to share his knowledge with his clients. As long as he's in business, he's the only carpet cleaner I'll ever use.

I turned out to be a difficult project! A ladder would not reach the vent on the outside. Inside, the vent was hard to get to behind a stackable washer/dryer. But David persevered until the dryer vent was clean! Thank You, David!

He did an excellent job! We have already used him for carpet cleaning back in October and he did an excellent job. Did a horrifying awesome job of getting lent out of the dryer vent. I was amazed at the amount of lent that came out of the dryer vent. He did it so well and showed me how much came out of the vent.

Everything was extra cost. First he told me it wasn't 8 feet. Then he told me it was an L shape. All of these were extra. The coupon is to pull you in. We reschedule and he showed up 35 minutes early. I said " You can't show up 35 minutes early and expect people to be ready." So he said " FINE - let's cancel it." The whole exchange with him was nasty.

Fantastic - David came out a few days after I called and did a fantastic job on our basement carpet and area rugs - so good, in fact, that I asked him to come back a few days later to clean our sofas. The sofa cleaning was AMAZING - our old basement couch looked almost brand new. David is very response, professional and courteous, and very good at what he does. We plan to schedule his cleaning service every 6 months or so to keep our carpet in good shape.
