She does really good work. She makes sure that she gets in every corner. She is easy to work with and is pleasant to be around. We have a scheduled time each week but she and I are very flexible about the time.

When I met Jeanette the owner for the estimate, she agreed to the terms of our needs. It had to be early morning or after 8pm or on weekends. The job takes less than an hour but we agreed to two times weekly for $70 a week. Within a month, they only showed up three times. Jeanette was great and said that we could wait and pay for the cleanings the following month as she was not able to be consistent because of personal conflicts such as traveling, etc. She called me Saturday after missing a week of cleaning. PROMISED to clean Sunday afternoon and Tuesday early morning. Sunday, she did not clean and did not call. We called her. No return call. Tuesday, studio not cleaned again-the 2nd day she had promised. We called, no return call. Finally a return call, a message on Thursday saying she was sorry and early morning and evening were difficult. We called her multiple times still no call back. Obsessively calling because we want our keys back as the locks are more than $500 to replace.

Miracle Maid (Jeanette) was at the job site before I arrived. She was pleasant to work with and was never not working. She also took the initiative to go back to the job site the next AM...to make sure the carpets looked good in the daylight incase they needed more work. I will definitely use her again.

I called Miracle Maids to do a final housecleaning prior to my move into a new home, with less than a week's notice. I found the service to be top-notch (very polite and very accessible). I'd also like to say that they do excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first-rate, affordable housecleaning service.
