Lovett Deconstruction Inc

Lovett was unable to complete the entire scope work due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. However, they did an excellent job communicating with me and left the work area extremely clean. I was very impressed with their prep work as well.

Lovett was hired by our general contractor to do the work. The team arrived promptly and were extremely polite. Crew was headed up by Rebecca who was knowledgable and worked well with our contractor to get answers to specific questions about the scope of the work. They protected the house by placing dust barriers and floor coverings. They also arranged for many of the materials to be picked up and recycled/reused by the ReBuilding Center. At the end of each day (2.5 days total), they tidied up the work site. Impressed that the team started each morning with group stretching to protect their health. Rebecca was also very positive with her team members and thanked them at the end of the day for a job well done. Very impressed with how this company is run.

They arrived punctually at the time specified and went to work quietly and efficiently. When they finished, they carefully cleaned the area.Wonderful to have a contractor and team who work so well together, do such good work, and don't present any problems.

So far we have had a very good experience with Lovett Deconstruction. They provided two bids based on changes to our plans and are scheduled to complete the deconstruction work in July. We have been impressed by their promptness and responsiveness. We also appreciate their commitment to salvaging as much material as possible for reuse, limiting the amount of material that ends up in the landfill.

While having my house re-wired and re-plumbed, it became neccessary to remove a ceiling in one bedroom and a room in the basement. I consulted Angie's List and contacted Lovett Deconstruction. Der responded quickly to my request for a bid. He was right on time for our appointment. And I received his bid promptly as well. I asked him to work me as quickly as possible, because I couldn't proceed with the other contractors until the drywall, etc. was removed. Der managed to work me into his schedule that same week! I had another appointment that day, and I wasn't able to check his work until the next day. Even though Der ran into the unexpected (shiplap on ceiling under the drywall and debris behind the walls in the basement) everything was exactly as I had requested. The work was completed, the areas cleaned up, and I was very relieved. I will definately be calling Mr. Lovett again.

I love them. We were told that because we were losing water pressure in our kitchen facet. Someone told us that we would probably have to re-pipe the house at a cost of probably 9 or 10 thousand. Lovett came in and said that it was just a clog. We will fix it.

I really liked them because they were very careful with their set up. They kept the work area separate from the house. They kept all of the dust and so on contained. They did a quick job as far as I am concerned. They did the whole deconstruct of the bathroom in one day. They cleaned up really well. I would definitely recommend them.

Lovett Deconstruction Inc. did a good job. They were prompt and responsible. They got the job done well and were easy to get along with.

Der and his crew, deconstructed a bathroom, mudroom, and closet very quickly and professionaly. He was able to work the job in to his schedule very quickly, just a couple days after the estimate. His crew came over in the morning was definitly not under staffed, and by mid afternoon everything was gone and clean. The entire are removed to the studs, all dust, isulation, and debris was removed. I had a newly remodeled kitched on the other side of the wall/door and and you wouldn't have known that I had demo done just a few inches away. They did a great job.

Der and crew arrived on time and they were fully prepared for the work that was to be done. We review expectations and work began. Their attention to dust and debris control was exceptional. They took time to control dust by properly putting up debris barriers and masking off the work area. (As can be expected with any major demolition job, fine dust will still be present.) They kept me informed as to the process and progress as the work was being done. Salvageable material was properly handled and all debris was removed. Site was left shop vacuum clean. I will use Lovett Deconstruction Inc. again.

The crew arrived on time, completed the work in one day and left a clean worksite behind. Overall there was much less disturbance than if we used a more destructive method.

Lovette was recommended by the builder who will put up the new deck. His hourly rate is much higher than Lovette's and hauling away the debris would have been more of a problem for us. Lovette is a very small firm so the owner was here to supervise a lot of the work. The crew was polite and careful. Because they are small it may take a little while before a phone call is returned. They came at 9 AM and had everything done by 4. They do interior work such as tearing out old kitchens or bathrooms at the start of a remodel. I was very happy and would use them again.

I was very pleased with the work that Lovett Deconstruction had provided for me. I highly recommend them. They where extremely professional, punctual, friendly, organized and affordable.
