The repairman was super nice, punctual, & completed the work quickly.

Service was great. Arrived when promised and was done in about half an hour. Found company on Angie's List and very happy I did.

Technician showed up earlier (!) than expected, did the job quickly, efficiently and politely.

Fantastic! I initially called Precision, because their service charge was low ($59). They diagnosed a broken spring as the problem, but quoted me $280 + the service charge to replace the springs - then indicated that they wouldn't do the work without replacing the whole door (which admittedly is in some disrepair - but not causing a problem yet). While Precision was here, I called Larry Myers. Their office staff were knowledgeable and professional, and they quoted $160 all inclusive to replace 2 springs (w a 3 year warranty) + do a minor maintenance on the whole mechanism. Myers sent two service people the next day and were prompt, professional and done in 1 hour. I will definitely call them again when we are ready to replace the whole door.

The gentleman who came out was GREAT! He looked at the door and found that none of my panels were damaged, I just needed reinforcement on the top panel. He fixed it in 20 minutes. On top of the fix, he gave me a full servicing of my door and opener. It was fantastic.

One of the best and easiest experiences with hiring someone to do work I've ever had. I wish they did more stuff so I could hire them again.

This was a totally positive experience. Yesterday evening, I had a door's spring break which prevented the door from opening. This morning, I called Larry's and two others found here on Angie's List. The price quoted by Larry was less than the others and with no equivocating about ''depends on which spring''. The service person, Doug, came over within about two hours. He was exceptionally courteous, professional, and efficient. Within an hour, he had replaced the pair of springs (you don't ever want to replace just one of the two), checked and lubed the other moving parts, and observed that everything else was in good shape. After that and some pleasant chat, he was on his way; it was more like a visit from a friend than a business transaction. In the future, there will be only one call made for garage door service: to Larry Myers Garage Doors. Highly recommended.

Excellent. I had purchased a door opener at Lowe's (for $170), and called for installation only. He explained to me that he would be happy to install the opener I had purchased (for approx $125), however, could only warranty his workmanship. He went on to explain that for a total of $265, he would provide the opener, installation, and an 18-month warranty on both. This made sense for both me and my buyer. He was on-time, efficient, and very professional.

On time, courteous, professional! He knew what was wrong and fixed it in no time. We were thrilled with the price and the time it work.

Larry & Co. worked with us on some scheduling challenges and were very helpful overall. Kevin was on-time, had a great attitude and got the door done in a very timely fashion. He did a great job removing the old door and putting in the new one. The door looks and works great.

Called the number listed on the website and in the phone book. No one answered the phone.

Contractor was on time and had the work completed in less than 20 minutes which was great for those of us that work. After fighting with our door for 6 months it is very nice to be able to push a button and the door does what it should.

He performed the minimal task that was needed quite well, greased the door- and charged us for the service call. My only complaint was the diagnosis given over the telephone-which suggested that we definitely needed a new door opener- and we were to expect to pay $300.00. While we're delighted that nothing was really wrong with the door, only that it had moved from electric to manual. I believe that could have been asked (I certainly asked for that information- that's why I talked to them on the telephone in the first place). Over all- happy with the service-and once they came I believe someone should be paid for their labor--but it all could have been avoided.

They were a little confused about scheduling, but eventually I got a repair person on site. He was very efficient and helpful. I have an old heavy garage door and he did a great job of making it open and close smoothly. He recommended a new garage door and opener for a more efficient operation and for enhanced insulation properties, did not try to force it on me. I appreciated the education and will consider the new garage door at the next repair.

HE SEEMED LIKE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND HE DID A GOOD JOB. HE WAS ALSO VERY WILLING TO SHOW ME HOW TO DO SOME OF THE WORK MYSELF FOR UPKEEP.

WE CALLED TWO OTHER COMPANIES--BOTH WITH DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD ADS IN THE YELLOW PAGES. PRICES WERE IN THE $300 RANGE FOR REPLACING A BROKEN SPRING AND ITS MATE. THEN I CALLED LARRY MYERS COMPANY AND GOT THE $160 PRICE. ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IN ADDITION TO WORK ORDERED, HE OILED THE ROLLERS, RECALIBRATED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER, AND GAVE ME AN INTERESTING TIP: OUR DOOR IS UNPAINTED ON THE INSIDE. HE TOLD ME THAT DOUBLE DOORS SUCH AS OURS GAIN 100 LBS DURING THE WINTER MONTHS IF NOT PAINTED BOTH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. SO NEXT SPRING WE WILL PAINT IT!

WE WATCHED THE WORK BEING DONE AND NO ONE TRIED TO RIP US OFF. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AS THEY WENT ALONG. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

THEY PROVIDED EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL WORK. THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR WAS WONDERFUL. THE JOB SITE WAS LEFT CLEAN AND EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.

IT WAS VERY GOOD BECAUSE I CALLED THEM, AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THEIR PROMPTNESS WAS GREAT. THEY TOLD ME A CERTAIN TIME, I CALLED THEM, I SAID I NEEDED SOMEONE THE SAME DAY, AND THEY WERE THERE.

THERE WAS A QUESTION AS TO WHETHER THE GARAGE DOORS WERE STILL UNDER WARRANTY. AFTER RESEARCHING WHO LOCALLY WOULD HONOR THE WARRANTY, MR. MYERS WORKED WITH ME IN GETTING THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. HE GAVE ME HALF OFF THE MATERIAL AND LABOR.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. NICE GUY AND PRETTY PROMPT. THE PRICE WAS DECENT AND HE SEEMED TO HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB. WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN IF WE EVER NEED GARAGE DOOR OPENERS.

AN EMPLOYEE WAS OUT TO FIX THE GARAGE DOOR SPRING IN A DAY. I FOUND HIM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN A HALF AND HOUR TO FIX AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY SUBSEQUENT PROBLEMS WITH THE GARAGE DOOR.

WE HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY OUT TO OUR HOME A FEW TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. ONE TIME THEY GAVE ME ADVICE OVER THE PHONE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM SO I DIDN'T NEED TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL. THEY ARE GREAT!
