Kingston Cleaning Services

Everything is great with Kingston Cleaning Services. I would recommend them; they are very professional and very responsive. I like the nice little touches that they add; my bedroom looks like a hotel room when they are done.

I purchased this housecleaning from Living Social for $79 for four hours work.  In the past, I have had other cleaning services who did the work in 4 hours, so I thought I was covered.  First of all, I was informed after my call to them to confirm that they were changing the time, which was a real inconvenience to me.  They did show up on the revised time and three people spent about 1 hour 15 minutes cleaning - or should I say pretend cleaning.  The job was horrible. There were crumbs left under toaster, dirt and stains on counter, cobwebs all over kitchen (removed when I pointed out to them), no furniture moved for cleaning - including simple chairs.  The bathroom was only superficially cleaned.  No furniture polish, dust on lamp shades, and more. When they left, I couldn't really say anything, as I was so stunned and they were in a hurry.  The cleaning reminded me of when I would get my teenage son to actually clean him room - that bad!
I was especially bothered as I had spent several hours precleaning - moving things so they could actually clean.
Not only was this a disappointment to me for the quality, it through doubt on the service that was offered by Living Social.
I would NEVER use them again!

Was set up for cleaning approximately every two weeks.  For the first few times, cleaning was OK. A couple of things got broke, but the owner took care of it. Then it all fell apart. They would show up when I didn't have a scheduled cleaning and didn't show up when they were supposed to. I had called and complained many times and was told it would get fixed, but it didn't. They were last supposed to come on April 4, 2012. Again, they didn't show up. Called the owner, called the office, sent an email--no answer to any of them. How disappointing and unprofessional.
