Easy to do. We took care of everything over the phone. I did not even need to be home. I just got home from work and the pile on the porch was gone

This group was extremely responsive to my purchase of a hauling deal (can't recall exact price, about 80.00). A date was set right away and on the day of the pick up, they called to see if they can come a little earlier. Arrived and saw my yard junk (piece of broken fence, broken lawn furniture, 2 old ladders and a few other misc. things. They said that the size of my pick up exceeded the 2 cubic yards limit for the deal, but smiled and said if I refer them to my friends, they'll take it all. The young man and woman who came were so friendly, professional and efficient. They were done in minutes. I really appreciated that they took everything without charging me extra. I will use them again.

I used that service and it was a great service.

Excellent on all fronts. My $84 Angie's List coupon did not cover very much ( 2cubic yards is only about the size of a refrigerator), so they gave me a new estimate when they arrived and I thought it was reasonable. They took things like a tall cat condo, garden bench, boxes of wires and cables, old computer and electronic equipment, old dining chairs, chaise cushions, and styrofoam boxes. They kept me apprised of arrival time, were pleasant, and efficient - only took them about 30 min to load up. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Promised time of arrival was "between 10:00 & 11: AM". Driver and assistant were one and a half hours late at 12:30 PM. I was informed that due to their late arrival, a measly $20 coupon was being offered, but that the volume of the junk I had, exceeded the two cubic yards that Junk It Store It claimed was what the deal included. I was told that an additional $125.00 was required to haul off what I had put out for them. Nowhere in the Angie's List "deal" was a two cubic yard limit mentioned. I did not have an unreasonable amount of junk to haul away. I'm left with the distinct impression that this sort of thing happens all the time, where a customer is faced with an additional assessment after the "crew" arrives and determines that their out-of-the-blue two cubic yards has been exceeded.

It went quite well. I was happy with the service.

When I initially called them, I told them that I had railroad ties to get rid of. They said if they were over six feet long, there would be an extra fee. I broke them down as small as I could. They came out and said they don't take railroad ties. I told them that was the main purpose of them coming out. He said their management make promises on the phone and then the haulers go out to these people's homes and there's stuff they can't haul away. They took some little pieces and scraps that I had, which was fine. I was disappointed. There's a breakdown in communication between the headquarters and the haulers. If they've improved since they did my service, they're good to work with.

Rescheduled a few times. Came when scheduled. Took bulk of the junk but left pieces on the ground.

Very punctual, thorough, and professional

This was a big deal, and it was great! They came about an hour after I initially called. I call that superior service. Two men came and picked up my bookshelves and books. I am delighted.

Easy to contact, easy to schedule a date of pick-up. Guys arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Loaded up in 10 minutes and were off -- easy peasy!

These guys arrived on time, effectively sorted out the mass quantities of junk and took it all away! They were mindful of the plants that were close to the junk pile, worked pleasantly and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and when we start to pull the old vinyl siding off of this poor house we will call them back again. They were great!!
