Crestview Window & Gutter Cleaning

They did a really nice job. Very prompt and courteous. The gutters were very clean and they picked up all the debris.

Good. Steven and another gentleman provided good service. Good communication from the office.

This is the second time we've used Crestview; both experiences resulted in excellent results from real professionals.

I signed for gutter cleaning with an angies list special for ) I signed up for an angie's list special for $144.00 All of my contact with this company has been very positive. I am 82 years of age {I am not about to go up a ladder to see if the job had been done properly) I asked my neighbor to check to see if the gutters had been cleaned. He told me that the gutter shields had not been removed and suggested I check the details to make sure that was included in the price. I did this and realized that the price did not include removing the gutter shields I think this was my mistake. Crest view returned my deposit without my asking for it. I would highly recommend this company for any future work.

O.k. He had to be reminded to clean the tracks. Not very customer oriented.

Making the appointment took a few days. I had called and spoken to the scheduler before I made the appointment and she indicated that she would call back when I had purchased the big deal. She did, but it was a few days later. That was OK because I already knew it might be early August before he could do the windows. They made the appointment and suggested an app that was indicated the day and time. A bit later, she called back and said he couldn't be in Vancouver on the day of the scheduled appointment so it needed to be a later day. Then I needed to delete and reinstall the app to have the new appointment time. On the day of the appointment, he called to ask if he could come early since his previous job was done early. I said that was OK and then got a cell phone message suggesting I use the app to know when he was getting there. I really didn't need the app, but discovered that it needed to be uninstalled and reinstalled from the new message to see it - not a problem; just some bugs in the technology. He arrived with a helper and looked over the job, then they went right to work. The skylight looks much better than before and I am grateful to have it done. When they were done he asked if I had any questions. I asked about the kitchen window, which looked smeary. He indicated that it was because there had been water dripping on it from an awning above. That made sense. The app that I needed to pay with didn't work on my cell phone, but would function OK from the computer. The next morning in the early sunshine I discovered that the downstairs windows on the east side are all smeary. That isn't a problem, since I can reach those myself and took care of it. The upstairs windows all look very nice. The skylight only cost me $28 extra, which I consider to be a bargain.

They called in advance to arrange a time. Kept me aware of their status before arrival. Did a walk around with the Tech, then had to leave for meeting. When I got back, it was all done and the windows were AMAZING!! Never been so clean. And no trace that anyone had been there working. I would give them a very high mark.

Despite an unexpected personnel setback which left him shorthanded, Stephen showed up and did everything as scheduled, by himself! Great attitude and even better end result! We think he does excellent work, from start to finish.

Stephen is amazing! Prompt, professional and detail oriented not to mention fast. He and his partner did a fantastic job. He's going to be my go to for all of my window, gutter and holiday decorating needs. He is a complete pleasure. I've already got him on my calendar to help with our Christmas decorations.

The 2 guys (owner & helper) promptly showed up at 9am and worked efficiently, quickly, & professionally! Our windows look better now than when they were installed just a year & a half ago! The skylight has probably never looked so good! I love it!

On 04/04/16, I purchased an Angie’s List deal for interior/exterior window cleaning for $99. When the transaction was completed, there were actually two deals purchased. While there is only one deal per household, the deal stated “multiples may be purchased as gifts.” So rather than cancel the second, I offered it to my next door neighbor. On 04/07 at 9:20 PM, Steven McMurrer sent an email scheduling my cleaning for 04/15 at my mailing address. The next day when I read the email, I replied to correct the address to my home address. I explained there were actually two clients, and asked that he call me to try and arrange both appointments for the same day. McMurrer replied by email on 04/10 saying he “did not see your added neighboring property under your name arrive via email. This action signifies that an additional purchase has been made. You ordered on the 4th for yourself. The offer ended on the 5th. Will follow up by phone to see what can be arranged.” I called Crestview on 04/14 as McMurrer hadn’t called as he stated. He refused to honor the second deal for my neighbor, even though it was purchased timely. Per the deal, it was valid for six months from date of purchase, and stated nothing about when the appointments had to be scheduled. Not only did he refuse to honor the second deal, he made no effort to try to come to some agreement or “see what can be arranged” as previously stated. He said that “the Angie’s List interface sucks.” I cancelled my appointment and told him I was contacting Angie’s List to for a refund. I called Angie’s List and Adam graciously and professionally handled the situation. He refunded the $199 and tried to find another vendor offering a similar deal. He also confirmed that contrary to Crestiview’s claim, the deal should have been honored.

Steven was fantastic he communicated well beforehand and did a great job on cleaning the windows. Very professional and we would gladly use his services again, in fact I have another house I am going to have him come do a window cleaning at in a couple weeks.

We received a $25 Angie's List new client discount for using his services. I will be very happy to use him again. Our windows had not been cleaned for about three years. What a difference clean windows make! Stephen was efficient, timely and professional. His response time to my original inquiry was fast. Impressive! He will be our go-to guy from now on!

He was right and he wouldn't let me give him any money for the consult. I did contact a plumber and had to have my underground drainage worked on.

Stephen arrived on time and immediately went to work quietly and unobtrusively. It was his second visit to our home and he did a great job. We'll have him back again next year.

Stephen did an excellent job - Every year we have him come out and clean all the windows and gutters. This is the 5th year that he has performed this service for us. He does a wonderful job. .

Stephen was quite wonderful! He was prompt, reasonably priced, and did a fabulous job. I even asked him if he could help put some exterior Christmas decorations up which was above and beyond his job at hand and he was MORE than willing to help! He is even scheduled to come back and help us out with a few other tasks. We would 100% recommend Stephen to any of our friends and neighbors and plan to use him again in the future!

Phone call to arrange date of service. Vendor showed up as agreed and performed the work in an unintrusive and efficient manner. Very pleasant gentleman. Left me with the invoice and some designer sea salt caramels. I would highly recommend this service provider. We were beyond satisfied.

Everything was great! Job was performed as quoted with no issues. I like that Stephen communciates well through email and also emails an invoice when the job is complete. For my busy lifestyle, this type of service works GREAT! I would definitely use this service again!

Very well. Stephen promptly returned my phone call, asked questions to get a good idea of what I was looking to have done and gave me an estimate over the phone. We set a time and he arrived promptly. After showing him all of the areas he got to work and did an excellent job cleaning. He even went beyond by taking pictures of some damage a tree caused to a gutter.

It went quite well. He showed up on time, did an excellent job at a reasonable price.
