Description of Work: We ordered the deal on Aug 22 with a note of who and what number to call to schedule service. Received a generic email thanking us for ordering and who to contact.(I had already included that info.) But I sent it again. Never heard anything. So I emailed again. Never heard anything. So over the weekend I used the contact email on the Certificate and said if I didn't hear from them soon I would assume they were too busy. Today we get a call (9/2/14) and they can't come until 9/11/14, which is the day I am having eye surgery. So they can't come until 9/13/14. Even if they came then and we wanted them to do the work, they are 2-3 weeks out they said. But I am a little concerned that who knows when they would ever get it done. Communication is not too good. Perhaps they weren't ready for the amount of business this big deal generated. We had gotten a bid before we bought this and hoped this would save us some money. But instead we are just going with the other bid because they were very prompt. Thank you for refunding our $250.00 I am assuming it goes back on my credit card.

Description of Work: Their work was outstanding and I would hire them again. They were having great difficulty with their truck and had to cancel our day completely. They could not get their truck started during their first visit and left it in our driveway overnight!
