Excellent- they rolled it up and took it and delivered it back to where it was. They were courteous, professional and on time.

Old rugs were faded and stained. They advised removing the damaged areas of the rugs and finishing the edge. They explained that Victorian rug patterns are designed as a series of rectangles that surround the central pattern. They could trim the rugs back to one of the undamaged inner rectangles and edge it for us. I'm glad they did, the rugs look great. You'd never know they were trimmed down.

With the caveat that we have no idea what the market rate is for a rug cleaning, the price seemed very reasonable for the service that was provided. The rugs looked and smelled like new after the cleaning. No colors ran. 1 rug was 8 x 10 and 2 rugs were 3 x 5 rugs.

They did an excellent job. I'm very impressed with the work.

GREAT. They picked up the rugs on time (at the beginning of the time rage, so I wasn't sitting around waiting for them). They measured where the rugs were (34" from the N. wall) so they could put them back where they were originally. They disposed of the old pads (one of which was falling apart). The returned the rugs on the date we wanted them (they kept them a little longer because we were out of town). The guys who brought them in made sure they were in the right place (exactly!) and smooth--no wrinkles. The colors in the rugs now really stand out, especially the one that is 20+ years old. We'll have this done more often in the future.

Prompt, helpful scheduler and pick up/delivery crew. Went as far as to cut and adjust the piece that keeps the rug in place!

They really know what they are doing. Our rugs hadn't been cleaned in 8 years, except by carpet cleaners in place. Matt came both to pick them up and to deliver and re-place them. He's great! He knows about pads, and was friendly, polite and careful with our things. The rugs look amazing. I didn't expect to see so much difference, since the rugs have been cleaned in place and we don't have animals or that much traffic. They suggested doing it again in two years. Sign me up! I'll gladly use their service again.

The did all the heavy lifting from my car to the warehouse and back. The carpet was finished on time and in a timely manner. The carpet looked absolutely wonderful. This was the 2nd time we used them and were highly satisfied with the service, the quality and how we were treated.

Excellent. They know carpets and they know how to treat them. My two needed repairs and cleaning. Good advice and good work. I will only go to them from now on.

It turned out very well. I think they're professional. I did researched and they were the best people in the Portland area to do the job so, I was pleased.

Everyone handled everything very professionally, reliably and courteously. I brought the rug to them so I can't comment on delivery service. I also bought a new rug pad from them when I picked up my clean rug. They offered a choice of pads and cut it to size. Certainly would go back there.

I have used Atiyeh Bros for years. They can be a little higher in cost but worth the extra money. Very thorough. Always a very good job. Their personal are very professional.

They were terrific. They were very reasonable. They came out, got the carpet and moved the furniture's. We have a big rug in our family room. They rolled it up, hauled it out and brought it back. It's a 9/12 rug. My Brother-in-law's dog threw up on it. Their job was outstanding when they brought it back. They are the only ones that we use now to clean our rugs. I have somebody else to do our carpets in our house.

We ordered the carpet in November and were told it may be several weeks before it would be ready to install. Shortly afterward, Greg and assistant came out to take measurements and create a template that they could use to put the carpet together in the shop. The date for the installation was scheduled and the same crew came out to put in the carpet. They were polite, worked quickly, cleaned up afterward and checked that we were satisfied before they left. The carpet looks terrific and like it has always been there. Although the job was pricey it was worth it for the quality of work done. About half the cost was for materials and half for labor.

Rick was fabulous, going over and above good customer service. We can't say enough good things about him. The 3 installers were great as well; right on time, extremely efficient, funny and thorough, completing the job in one day. Rick dropped by the next day to see the new carpeting. It truly was a pleasure doing business with Atiyeh Brothers and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for new carpeting. Had we not recently purchased an Oriental rug from them and seen the wall-to-wall show area, I would never have thought of them for wall-to-wall carpeting. Now we'll never go anywhere else..

The rug was delivered on time. I also purchased a rug pad which as placed under the rug. I'm very impressed with the courtesy displayed by the customer care rep. Although they tried to remove the strong perfume smell left by another company's cleaning solution, the smell is still there and I fear the rug is ruined. It was not Atiyeh's fault.

Could not be happier.. From the first visit by the estimator to the two I service calls everyone was on time, courteous , and very professional. Carpets look great.

Their cleaning service is a bit pricey, but they do an excellent job. When I have called them with questions they have gone out of their way to accommodate. Great company.

Fringe repair had to be re-done. Since I had already paid for the "repair" that was unsatisfactory, Atiyeh offered me a deep discount on the cost of replacing the entire fringe with new fringe. I feel I got a good deal, even though it meant traveling to their workshop twice. I appreciated their concern that my rug look its best.

The customer service from Atiyeh Bros is exceptional. I have tried other stores selling oriental rugs in town where I had to go to the storefront to get any kind of service. At one of these other stores, I was not acknowledged by any staff member when I walked in. Atiyeh Bros were very different. My sales rep sent me text messages with rugs that would work best in my home. He came out to my home 2-3 times with rugs and carpet samples. When I went to the store, the floor staff acknowledged me immediately and began assisting right away. The quality of their products and their service is top notch. I would highly recommend them.
