The carpet in question is to old to be stretched satisfactorily and because we plan to downsize in the near future we don't want to choose carpet for new buyers. Description of Work: Cleaned 2 area rugs. One was a 70 year old original design,hand made hooked rug, the other a 4x6 oriental. We received good advice about the care & preservation of the hooked rug. Both rugs look great.

Looked like they did not rinse all the cleaner off. I was able to rinse it off myself so did not go back with it.

Description of Work: They cleaned two barrel chairs. They were able to get out a few stains and typical soiling after 7 years of use. We were very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: We had our entire house re-carpeted, approx.2,200 sq feet. The installers came in, removed the old carpet and pad, vacuumed the subfloor, installed the new pad and carpet, and vacuumed each room upon completion. They also moved several large pieces of furniture which they charged a reasonable fee for. The installation was originally scheduled to take place over 2 full days, they were able to complete the work in 1 1/2 days. |Our salesperson Mike, worked with us for a week finding the right carpet and colors for our home. As we were re-carpeting the entire home cost was an issue. When we first came into Atiyeh in Tigard they were having a sale on Karastan carpet. Although we were not able to make our final decision until after the sale end date, prior to that time Mike was able to get us an extension on the sale.

Description of Work: I had purchased two matching antique white chairs. They were in excellent condition, however with original upholstery there were a couple of spots. We wanted to have them cleaned, and to make sure the fabric could not be damaged by the wrong product. We took them into Atyieh Brothers and .... Voila, they look like new when we picked them up. Also had our bedroom carpets cleaned. We were so impressed with the professionalism and sensitivity of our carpet cleaner. He was very careful with our hardwood floors, and furniture and walls, (actually padded corners of furniture/walls. They are our Go To home service business! Thank you Atyieh Brothers! We highly recommend your services!

Description of Work: Cleaned a fine wool rug after my dog treated it like his personal piece of indoor lawn.

Description of Work: Evaluation of rug as to the desirablility of cleaning. In otherwords the length of service left in the rug. likelihood of sucessful removal of stains, needed repairs. Very gracious personel. Especially the ones in the shop who directly handled the rug, which was VERY dirty. And their efficency getting the rug in and out of the vehicle. without dust etc. making the vehicle unsightly and smelly. Given we live about 90 miles away and often tie together errands in Eugene we were given a discount for deliverying and picking up op. Although orginally a very dirty rug, cleaned it has made a nice addition to the room intended.
