Acceptable price and very knowledgeable. Beat out all the national branded companies and solved a long term carpenter ant infestation.

It is a two person business and I've used them for a long time. They are professional, reliable and neat. They will inform me if they see anything problems, such as carpenter ants. I would highly recommend them. It is the same person that comes every time.

I live in an old, wood frame house on a heavily planted 1/4 acre. I have had spider problems for years, sometimes, during hatching season in the summer months, having to rid the rooms of dozens per day. One day we counted over 200. Big spiders; huge problem! I contracted with Bruce 8 or 10 years ago to come on a monthly basis to spray and set traps. For the first year I saw only a modest improvement, and then steady improvement. The situation continued to improve to the point where it is now unusual to get spiders in the house at all, and yet there are many, many in the yard. It is because of Bruce's persistent pest control methods that my home is a haven to me and not unwanted spiders and insects.

They did such a good job that we didn't have to have them come back this year. He was really thorough and told us where he was spraying and what to do afterwards. He said to let them know if anything ever happened and they would come back, but there was no need. We have their card ready if the need arises to call them back, I would recommend them to others.

The owner (Bruce I think) showed up on time and introduced himself with his business card. He first inspected the house and explained in detail what he would be doing, then he placed ant bait throughout the specified areas in our home. He is very knowledgeable on the type of ants we had and explained his products and system very well. The cost includes 6 months of continued services and he will be coming back to check everything out and spray outside when the weather is appropriate. Within hours the bait was working as ants surrounding the bait. The product is environmentally friendly and we did not need to leave the house. I would highly recommend him for ant control.

He was a very informative and friendly guy. He explained everything about the ants themselves, how they operate, about the poison and what to expect. Without an appointment, he squeezed me in the very same afternoon I called. Within hours the ants were nowhere to be seen. The bait traps were highly effective. I live in a huge three-story house, and the price includes several followups over six months. This company was significantly less expensive than many other exterminators I looked at here. I learned a lot about Portland's new infestation of this species of malodorous ant (looks like common sugar ant but much more insidious). All in all the experience was educational and effective. He was reasonably priced, prompt and friendly. I'm delighted and highly recommend Advantage.

THEY USE THINGS THAT ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE BUT EFFECTIVE. HE IS A RESPONSIVE GENTLEMAN. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ON THEIR FOLLOW UP.

IT WAS GOOD OVERALL. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT. MY TIME IS VALUABLE. IT WAS GOOD THAT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME OUT. I DO IN-HOME DAY CARE AND WE HAVE PETS, SO WE NEEDED SOMEONE WHO DID NON-TOXIC PEST CONTROL, AND THEY DID.
