Crenshaws Housecleaning

This last week, she offered to do additional work for me @ $25/hr or less and she worked out the schedule. I attempted to give her the benefit of the doubt, even though it had been just three days before that she drew up the schedule that we both discussed. She didn't bother to get in touch with me until close to an hour passed beyond her original start time, when I sent her a text message. Twenty minutes later I got a response that stated "I've just been too busy and didn't have time to contact you, I'm sorry if I've caused you any inconvenience." Well yes she did. About an hour later she sent another text, saying "I need to call you and schedule some time to talk it over with you." "I'll call you when I have time" Apparently, she didn't have time for four days, but then last night I got 3 text messages and one e-mail after 9PM asking if I still needed her for the weekly cleaning. This morning got two more messages -- first one telling me that she had something important to do (probably personal in nature) as to the reason she couldn't (wouldn't) be able to come work for me. The second message came less than 3 minutes later TELLING me to call her so she knew what time she could come by and pick up her personal things. [These things included food items that I paid for, for her and her youngster.] I give this person a 10 for ideas & a ZERO for followup or follow-thru. Brandy has a great personality so long as one never expects anything more--at least more than once! Her motto could easily be translated as "My mind is made up, DON'T confuse me with Facts"
