Team of plumbing pros came in, explained everything in a way a lay person like me could understand and completed the work in a jiffy. Will definitely hire them again in the future!

Signature Plumbing and their guys were excellent to work with. We'd purchased a toilet and sink from Home Depot, but when it came time for installation, their installers were ill-equipped and unprepared to do so. So, we called Signature Plumbing and they got us on the schedule quickly, installed our fixtures efficiently and absolutely flawlessly (considering out 1930s house and plumbing), and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again!

Very polite and informative. The owner sent his journeyman and apprentice (forgot their names) and they were great. They assessed the situation quickly gave me good instructions on how to proceed. I was able to meet them earlier than previously scheduled and they happened to be done early as well, so they came over sooner. Also, I called yesterday and they got me in the next day. Overall, very positive experience.

Dave and his crew were great! Communication was excellent. There were no surprises and the job was finished on time and on budget. He even fixed a couple of slow drains that were not part of the bid. They cleaned up everyday and made sure I was happy with the work as they went along. He replaced very old plumbing and we now have clean, high pressure water in the house.

I picked him because he was close to home, had great reviews and gives a percentage of his profits to help dogs. I was glad I did. He arrived on time and checked out the rental. He said it was just the pipes expanding and contracting. He came to my house and he and his apprentice installed the faucet that I had bought. He cleaned the work area before and after He took away all the packaging and trash. They were both nice people.They gave me the angie's list discount and a senior discount with out without me asking. It said on his card "Where Customer Service and Professionalism Meet" and I think that just about how I would sum

I have a great plumber. I have the worlds nicest young man who gives a senior discount, who thinks outside the box so he solves problems. I had a faucet in the tub spewing water all over the back wall and it took me awhile to realize where the water was coming from. You think oh my we are going to have to take a wall down and all he had to do was take off the faucet and put a new one on and attach it tight enough. His name is Dave and is a one man operation and he does have a helper. He is courteous and always puts on his little booties when coming into the house. We have used him on our condo and he has come back to the house several times now.

He is very good. He is honest and does good quality work. The price is very fair.

They were very careful of the existing wood finish and architecture of the house. They did an excellent job and were very prompt. They cleaned up everything.

Everything went as planned and he identified that I earned a discount (being a senior) and he applied it to the bill. This guy deserves your business. If you need plumbing of any kind call him. He is the best!!!

Dave was exceptionally thorough and professional throughout the inspection, he offered lots of good ideas on how we could save money with simple fixes to our system. In covering the houses plumbing he gave on honest feedback on the quality of the work and explained his reasoning. Further he recommended we get the septic system scoped, which we did and which helped us out significantly

He did a thorough inspection and communicated his findings clearly. He found something to fix, but his proposal seemed too expensive.

.Had a drip, coming into our Dining Room from our Bathroom directly above. Thought we had broken pipe, or bad fitting. Signature Plumbing Services responded to our "SOS" in a prompt manner, identified the problem ( loose fitting ),and solve the problem. We had a new Kitchen faucet we had purchased at an earlier date and the plumber agreed to install it for us. Everything looks good and works great, all at a very reasonable price.

Again as stated above all went smoothly, professionally and without complaint.

We discovered we had a leak in the water main under the front yard where the line runs from the street to the house. It was an urgent matter because hundreds of dollars of water had already been wasted by the leak. We were without research tools for a plumbing company and happened to see the Signature Plumbing truck parked at a nearby house in our neighborhood, so we took a chance and called the number on the truck. Dave answered and said he was just finishing up and said he'd stop by to see us when he was done. Not too soon later, he arrived and was very friendly and eager to see how he could help us. He was brand new to the area, just starting up the business after moving from Washington (I believe), so we felt like we were taking a chance on hiring him without having many local references to check. He came across as so authentic and straight-forward with us we felt like it was worth a chance. We were glad we hired him. He seemed very knowledgeable. He wrote up a thorough estimate the following day and gave us options on how we could save money with the project. He could have dug up the front yard to replace the main line, but it would have been rather sightly, so we opted to have the hole burrowed through underground. It was more costly that way, but aesthetically preferred. The bulk of our cost was the equipment to drill this underground hole. Ultimately, the job was done so fast and he was so professional and pleasant to work with. We were thrilled to discover him and will happily call on him for future projects.
