Duane promptly returned my call and was able to come out the same day. He did exactly what was needed to fix both plumbing problems and not more than was needed! He was willing to invest the time in figuring out some challenges with the tub faucet. Very professional and obviously knows what he's doing!

In the course of shutting off the water, he discovered that the ancient meter at the street was fused shut.  He called the city water department to request immediate service and dealt with the maintenance crew when they arrived.
Quick, professional service.  I will certainly call Duane the next time I have a plumbing problem.  Oh, and his prices are reasonable and good value for money.  
Another amazing thing...later that day, he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was okay.

While the service he preformed that day temporarily fixed our problem, there were several things that needed to be followed up on. Duane said he would get in contact with the manufacturer of our faucet to find out why the cartridge he had attempted to install didn't work. Then, he would come back and replace that as well as a part in our water heater that he suspected was the cause of all the problems. Over the following 2 1/2 - 3 weeks I called Duane 3-4 times. Each time, he told me how busy he was with plumbing emergencies, and that he would follow up with me the next day. Only one time did he actually call me back, but even then had no solutions. On our final call, he told me he would be unable to replace the cartridge at all as he couldn't get the right part, which I admit is not his fault. When I tried to set up a time for him to come and replace the part in the water heater, Duane again informed me that he was very busy and that he woudl TRY to fit me in. When I attempted to express my displeasure at the many delays and lack of follow through on his part, Duane continuously interrupted me and talked over me. He explained how unimportant my problems were as compared to his big business clients (like Mo's Restaurant) and then told me to find another plumber. I hung up on him at that point.
I would not reccomend Duane's Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a professional plumber and wants their plumbing problem fixed in a timely manner

We experienced outstanding diagnostic and installation expertise by Duane (owner of Duane's Plumbing). As well as installing a new Thermo Balance in our shower, Duane solved our long standing problem of temperature irregularities in all faucets throughout our home. His fee was extremely reasonable and his problem solving skills were VERY valuable to us.
