The whole experience was enjoyable from working with the designer, Lidiana, to scheduling & customer service with Cari, to the project manager, Jeremy and the great installation crew. Walker and team were great from the initial design through project completion. We had some unique design characteristics to accommodate with our hot tub and bio-swale and Michael's suggestions during his pre-project walk-through made all the difference. The crew was great at making modifications, although I did keep a watchful eye to ensure the final product was exactly what I imagined in my head. Thank you for creating a wonderful, relaxing space!

We hired a designer, got an architectural blueprint of the proposed project, and then . . . we waited . . . and waited . . . and waited to find a contractor to actually do the job. That is - until a friend recommend System Pavers. Within a couple of hours of emailing Kerry - we were setting a date to meet and go over our job needs. What seemed like a fairly straightforward redesign of our rowhouse backyard, quickly morphed into a complex array of alternative project options. System Pavers - Kerry and Jeremy - helped throughout the whole process, even going the extra effort to refer us to a deck contractor. They were always on time, problem solved throughout the work, and communicated in a clear and non-jargon manner. It was the perfect backyard remodel. In the end, we got a fantastic redesign of our backyard. Instead of a rock garden with little to no level space for our 8-year old daughter to play, we now have an aesthetically appealing, multi-level decked area with artificial turf and enough space for nightly cartwheel parties for my wife and our little girl. I can't speak highly enough about or recommend strongly enough - the team at System Pavers and the professionalism they bring to every project they contract.

Jeremy’s crew did a great job with dismantling our 30-year-old wood deck and placing pavers for a new patio in just two days. My Husband and I were very happy with the results. We were puzzled with the amount of pavers left over, a pallet and a half. Nevertheless, Jeremy assured us we only pay for the square footage of the patio. He said we could keep the remaining pavers if we want to. We plan to keep a half a pallet to do some finishing touches around the new garden area.

I had System Pavers install a raised patio in our backyard as well as replace the grass with river rock. We had a (synthetic) wood deck that was in pretty bad shape and wanted something low maintenance, and this fit the bill. I came across System Pavers at a home show and had them come out for an estimate. The price was more than I wanted to spend but they offered a few discounts for having a yard sign for a while and agreeing to doing some reviews, and I was impressed by the quality and warranty they were offering, so I stretched my budget and went with them. From there on everything was pretty much pain free, the work was completed on time with no extra or hidden costs, the project manager (Jeremy) was great at staying in touch and keeping me informed on progress, and the workmanship lives up to the claims. If you're looking at having a paver project done, I would definitely recommend considering System Pavers.

It took longer than thought because of the incline of the backyard. They worked hard everyday and problem solved as a team. They are friendly and want to do a good job for you. Laying pavers is tough work. Some of them even came on a Saturday so that the patio was done on time. Ernesto is responsible and so hard working.

We recently completed our third project with System Pavers. Lidiana did an excellent job helping us to design the layout of our front yard; her work within the 3-D emulating software really brought the design to life, and allowed us to quickly make adjustments when our original concepts were sub-optimal. Michael was our Project Manager again, and on this project we did run into some issues where I was of the opinion that the implementation was not following the specifications. After letting Michael know, he was there before 8:00 AM the next morning, discussing with the crew. Before I knew it, the wall in question was dismantled and rebuilt by an entirely new crew. I highly recommend System Pavers' staff for their professionalism and expertise, and they ensure that you will not be disappointed with their results!

We love our System Pavers backyard transformation. Brian and Ben did an amazing job designing it. We really appreciated the hard working team. They completed it in 2.5 weeks as they said they would. We were disappointed that we were not told that the water feature would not be installed for 6-8 weeks after the project finished.

The entire project from design to the completed project went very smoothly. The work was organized and staff worked tireless. I was informed with each step of time of arrival and approximate completion date. I found System Pavers' cost was higher than other bids; but they keep in constant contact and walk through project to make sure every detail is to your satisfaction. This was my second time I have used this company.

Scott Hartman and Matt Lemon did an excellent job of transforming our old concrete driveway into an item of beauty. They showed a great deal of attention to detail in the manner in which they worked with other contractors on site. The precise manner in which they cut the pavers around boulders along the edge was of particular note. This was the second time I have gone to System Pavers with a project and have never been disappointed !

I love my new System Pavers back yard. The quality and craftsmanship was great. The service and overall experience working with System Pavers was great. I would highly recommend.

We had Lidiana come out and give us a quote. Unlike most companies, she stayed with us and gave us a quote on the spot. She worked to find us financing, and as soon as that went through, we were on track. We had a meeting with Jeremy and went over the plans, he spray painted the lines for where the walk would go as a reference. Jeremy met with us in he day the project started and stayed in touch daily. Our wall took 2.5 days to go up and looked great when it was finished. I highly recommend System pavers and will be using them again on future projects.

The team did a very good job. The design consultant and project manager were very professional and took the time to make sure we were happy with what was laid out and the stones we were purchasing. The foreman and his work crew were fantastic, friendly, and worked hard. However, we did have a few issues mainly around the stones. The stones we were shown and ordered for our "mow strip" were not available and we weren't told that until the day the stones were delivered and the project started. The crew spent a day laying about 2/3rds of the the patio and we noticed that there were several stones that didn't match. The next day the crew had to pull those up and replace them with the stones that match. Apparently there were some older stones in the batch that was sent to us. Bottom line is that we are happy with the end result.

System Pavers exceeded my expectations. They had great suggestions during the design phase and they were able to move up the install date! Excellent work!

The job was completed in a timely fashion with the crew showing up when they said they would.

Excellent. The 2 guys they had working on our patio area were Angel and Paulino. They were very nice, and extremely fast and precise. I love real grass, but the field turf we had put in looks amazing and I don't have to cut, water, de-thatch, fertilize, or anything else to it. It's going to look that good for a long time. No buyers remorse. It was worth every penny.

The work was very efficiently done and the result looks exceptionally nice.

We were looking to create an elegant and easy to care for yard for our home and System Pavers sent out a designer that helped us create a beautiful plan. They were able to start work with in a few weeks and within a week had our home looking beautiful. We love our new yard and can’t thank them enough for all the hard work of the designer, construction manager, and the crew.

I needed to replace some gravel areas with solid hardscaping. I asked for recommendations on NextDoor. I received two responses. One was Just Some Guy who showed up looking like he was regurgitated by a cat. He did not seem on the ball and in fact never got back to me. System Pavers was the other. Kerry came out to eyeball the project. He understood why we needed the project and our constraints and worked with us to devise a plan that met our needs at a price we could afford. I then had someone else come out to bid to see how they compared - they were much less specific about the process and the end results, and were no less expensive. System Pavers was the obvious choice for professionalism and confidence that the project would be done properly. I had expected a car-dealer type hard sell / upsell but was pleasantly surprised. When an unexpected hit to our finances appeared close to our start date, SP was understanding and pushed the project out to after my tax return was anticipated. There was a bit of misunderstanding about materials but Kerry came back out and we resolved the issue while still maintaining a close match with our existing materials. The crew showed up on schedule and finished promptly, resolving one minor issue I discovered midway.

We learned about System Pavers at a home show a few years ago, and are so happy that we contacted them when we were ready to move forward with our paver patio project. Matt, Jeremy and Cari were awesome! Because the yard required major excavation, the project was quite a bit over the budget we had set, but it is beautiful, and exceeded our expectations, so we feel that it was worth it. They did a great job of removing debris and cleaning up. A huge plus is that the company offers a 25 year warranty. We have a landscaping company designing and planting in the yard around the patio, so do not want to share photos until after that is done. We are very impressed with the System Pavers customer portal, where you can keep track of progress on your project, make payments, and view photos taken during the duration of the job. The entire operation is very professional, and the team is knowledgeable. We highly recommend System Pavers to help you create your backyard paradise!

I discovered System Pavers at a local home & garden exhibitors show and after getting 3 quotes, discovered that they could offer the best price and best customer service. They were very organized and had a team of customer service reps who walked me through every step of the process - from concept, to design, to construction, and final walk through. They finished in half the expected time and stayed on budget, which I really appreciated. All in all, they were great to work with and I'm very happy with my new front yard!

System Pavers was the most expensive quote I received. In fact, I almost went with another company due to high price. The salesman did a good job of addressing their quality and providing a nice computer generated rendering of the areas. Despite his attempts to sell me, I was still skeptical. It has now been a month since System Pavers completed both jobs. I am really glad I decided to stick with them. The quality really is worth the price.

System Pavers did a great job on our patio. From design to installation everything was top notch. Everyone we worked with was friendly, patient and understanding of our needs. The job was completed in exactly the time frame they said and they checked in with us almost everyday during the construction phase. We couldn't be happier.

We couldn't have been more pleased. Communication was great by all involved. We were glad we decided to have System Pavers build our patio.
