System Pavers

They were able to start a week early, but ran into problems with tree roots and stumps. They offered to remove them for additional cost. System Pavers was patient while we checked with some other contractors to have the stumps/roots removed. In the end, we opted to have System Pavers take care of the stumps. Both the designer and project manager were in contact with me through the entire project. Their willingness to do things right and make us happy were outstanding. In the end the project was finished ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier with the results. I would 100% recommend System Pavers.

We were impressed and very pleased with the entire project from the initial contact with Lidiana, to her comprehensive design; Michael's (the project manager) suggestions and flexibility, and Crispin's attention to detail in the construction. Their comprehensive and transferable warranty was a big plus as well. We hope to enjoy our new patio for many years to come.

Sales manager helped develop a favorable, practical layout for our yard helping us avoid unnecessary costs. He was patient and spent a few hours with us without making us feel rushed or pressured; he also provided referrals and completed job visits. The start date went as planned and was scheduled even earlier than intended. I appreciated the consideration of being put on the schedule last minute where a vacancy suddenly opened. The workers and managers were conscientious, flexible with the layout plan as needed once started, and tidied up at the end of the day.

Very professional and organized company. Work is subcontracted but the presence of a proactive site manager ensures the work is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. Jeremy, our site manager, was exceptional. He was very personable, communicative flexible and punctual. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Quality work overall.

I loved working with System Pavers from the first contact with Kerry Covington to the scheduling and completion of the patio. After searching other companies we settled on SP because of their professionalism and the fact they were such a well regarded company that can back up their 25 year warranty.

We had some slight snowy weather delay, but the crew stuck with it and got the job done. It looks great.

System Pavers came over in very short order and made the whole process very clear. They maintained phone contact regularly, so that we knew what to expect every step of the way. The two workers who did the job based on the initial design were spectacular! Gabino and Cesar worked hard and smart. They gave attention to detail as if this was their own home. They consulted us several times when they saw the need to make a decision not addressed in the initial design. They did more than we bargained for. From sales to management and work, these people are tops! The result is beautiful, far beyond my merely functional requirements.

The entire project from beginning to end went rather smoothly. If not for the professional team at System Pavers, we would have looked elsewhere. With new curb appeal and a great design, we're the talk of the neighborhood. What an incredible value!

WOW is all I can say. We have thought about getting turf installed for years but honestly never thought it a reality. If it wasn't for our neighbor Ben who works at System Pavers our dream would have never become a reality... The process from beginning to end was seamless. Everyone at System Pavers was spot on. Carrie in the office was great behind the scene and Jeremy handled everything from a project management stand point. We were always informed of exactly what was going on and our questions were answered quickly. The crew that installed the turf were great as well and hilarious. I like a group of people that will put up with my constant questions and interactions and they were right in step with my personality. Our new patio looks amazing! We will finally (we've lived here 17 years) be able to use it. The pavers look so much better than the old concrete that was falling apart. The old, ugly red brick walls were covered with cultured stone to match that on the front of the house. Jeremy, our project manager was there almost every day to check in with us and get the work crews started. All the workers were friendly, respectful and hard working. Everyone showed up on time and got right to work. When we are ready to redo the front entrance we will be calling System Pavers to do the job.

When J.P showed up to give us an estimate he had sample pavers and pictures with him. That really helped us to pick out what we wanted. System Pavers did a great job on our walkway. It looks beautiful. The installation team even washed my driveway when they were done. We are very happy! The 25 year warranty helps too.

Our Designer was Kerri and our Project foreman was Michael. They both communicated promptly and effectively with us about our backyard patio and walkway project.

We had a great experience working with System Pavers. We worked with Lidiana Cruz on the design and Matt Lemon was our project manager once the work started. The work crew was awesome and diligent with their daily cleanup. My neighbors couldn't believe it! From start to finish we had a very positive experience. We love love love our new backyard! The entire team was very professional, thorough, hard working, showed up on time each day, and cleaned up upon completion. We used pavers and artificial turf. Fabulous outcome - we're very happy!

It went smoothly, everything got done in 1 week. There was a mix-up with the border stone (we ordered one color, a different one got delivered) that System Pavers immediately caught and corrected, so that is a plus here, being able to quickly recognize and correct mistakes and take care of the customer.

System Paves came up with a beautiful design and brought many different brick options. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were always on time for our meetings and even started ahead of time. The crew were truly craftsmen and I couldn't be happier with the end result.
