Description of Work: Initially hired to repair hole in rear of RV from a collision. This took a long time despite rapid response and payment from insurance company. Before and after photos shows the poor workmanship over right rear tail light assembly - I'm not sure how to post photos, but it's wrinkly, not smooth. I also had a leak in the galley slide, which resulted in the floor needing to be replaced throughout coach. Insurance okayed promptly, yet I waited MONTHS for this to be resolved. Each call resulted in the run-around, and after weeks and weeks, owner finally said "Mike" had been fired and things would be great now. Weeks more passed, with every excuse in the book why my rig was being ignored and left outside while other customers were in and long gone before I was told yet again that they were "making room in the shop". After almost SIX MONTHS on his lot - he finally said it was ready, only to find that the wrong flooring had been installed. Since it was the fault of the flooring store, I can forgive a certain amount of time to replace, but it was another three or four weeks, and they put it right over the previously installed wrong flooring - but didn't even clean first, resulting in bubbled patches all through the coach where the adhesive failed. The worst was in the kitchen by the laundry cabinet corner which is a huge bubble the owner said just needed to be weighted with something heavy...(why didn't they do that?) but because it is cut wrong, there is no place for the "extra" material. It looks so bad. The wood trim is an entirely different color (not stained) and looks cheap and tawdry. Bedroom light switch wiring no longer operates the wall light in the bedroom, instead operating the bathroom wall light. The switch that operates the battery disconnects in the stairwell was inoperative after flooring job and had to be replaced. Many of the light fixtures (the small round ones) were off and loose on the counter as were the smoke detectors. The coach was filthy inside, sawdust everywhere, in all the cupboards, and even though when I arrived on time to pick it up, the owner beamed that his "crew" was "detailing the heck out of it" - so I sat inside while they finished with the outside. Turns out the hood was down, and when the two were "finished" with the outside, they waived me off to leave. I discovered the open hood only when I got home! Since I have no absolute proof, all I'll say about trust is - lots of CDs no longer in my rig - so beware leaving anything of value, which, I suppose is a good rule of thumb in any case. The time it took this shop to even begin working on my RV was inexcusable, and, as expected, the excuses were lame for month after month. Despite the bubbling in the sheet vinyl flooring, owner said to bring it back if it wouldn't stick down - which is a red flag to me, since it never should have gone out the door in the first place, plus, he never said he wouldn't charge again to make it right. I'm not sure how this site works - but I have photos of the work Steve the owner thinks is satisfactory work. I would never take my rolling home back to this guy for any kind of work and hope this review alerts others to the shoddy workmanship, long wait times, and his refusal to take any responsibility for anything he does/doesn't do. If you do use this shop, be sure to take every precaution that you secure anything valuable; that the timeline is adhered to; that things like slide seals and rollers are properly replaced; that all wiring/switches/light fixtures are operable - and that proper housekeeping is done before you pay. Or, just avoid the heartache and go to another shop that has good reviews. I wish I had. I'm only sorry that I wasn't a more demanding customer - and let myself be cowed by this owner - if you are a single senior woman - it might be a good idea to take a male friend with you to level the playing field a bit.
