Painters arrived on time, pressure washed, caulked, taped, sprayed and rolled. They were very neat and careful and did an excellent job. No issues or problems. I would highly recommend

One day for power-washing and surface prep. Then another full day for the painting. The end result looks great! We had a minor problem regarding door weather-stripping that was removed and not replaced. Overall, we are are satisfied.

I originally contacted Ramon (Professional House Painters) in mid October 2013. Ramon informed me that his schedule was booked solid and he was unsure that the weather and temperatures would be sufficient for painting after that. I understood and asked that he still provide a quote, hoping that the weather would cooperate for painting. Ramon was very pleasant to deal with and kept clear communication with me. Unfortunately the weather did not hold up so we agreed to pursue the painting this Spring 2014. As Spring approached, Ramon contacted me to verify that I still wished to have the work completed ~ Yes! Ramon was also willing to adjust the quote a bit to reflect less labor hours required for Spring painting vs. late Fall painting (warmer temps = quicker drying). We tentatively scheduled the painting to begin in late May. Ramon contacted me and asked about the crew arriving on Memorial Day (May 26th) to begin the prep work. The crew were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am, they called to let me know they would be a bit late due to traffic (great communication) . The crew of four arrived and I met Alex, Ramon's brother and also the project manager for our paint job. They were all very pleasant and efficient; the prep work (pressure washing) took approximately 2 hours. The crew returned a day later to prime and caulk as necessary - this took approximately 5 hours to complete. After this, we had a day of rain, so the crew returned two days later to begin painting. They worked for 10 - 11 hours and almost completed the job. The following morning they completed the final touches and cleaned up everything. I did a final walk-around with Alex and am very happy with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Professional House Painters and I will use them again, eventually for some interior painting needs.

I have the best looking house on the street thanks to PHP! Let's start from the beginning.... 1) Punctual. From Ramon's original appointment to give me an estimate to the power washing crew and paint crew, they turned up on time with EVERY appointment!!!!! My time is important to me and I felt this was respected. 2) Extremly professional and knowledgable. Ramon suggested I go and see a design specialist at Miller Paint to help with choosing my colors. 3) High quality work. I don't think I've ever seen a paint job this well executed. In fact, some of the other contractors that were working on other jobs around the house even commented on the quality ,so that's really saying something! 4) Very accommodating. I called to see if they could come and paint earlier than the origanally planned date. They had an opening and within 24 hours they were under way. I have dogs and wanted to be home, especially as they needed access to the front door. Ramon was able to bring a weekend crew out. They powerwashed on Saturday and a large crew showed up on Sunday. By 2.30 pm on Sunday afternoon, my entire house was finished! 5) Tidy. They were very neat and tidied up everything before leaving. 6) Going the extra mile. Alex saw that I had some spackling on my interior walls that I have been staring at for years and had been procratinating about. I needed to texture the walls before painting. Without any soliciting, he offered to texture these spots (I had the spray can for this) so that I could go ahead and paint it. Thanks! 7) Customer satisfaction. Alex did a thorough walk around with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other companies, but I have every confidence that this paint job will last much longer than average. I really feel that I got my money's worth. I would highly recommend them! They deserve their reputation.

Ramone came out and gave a rough estimate with a walk around. We had a quote that evening which was right in line with the discussion we had on site. We needed this job done quickly as we are preparing for a wedding and this had to be done before that date which was only a few weeks away. His team came out and washed and began prepping the house for paint. They then sealed and made sure the house was completely ready for the work. The day of painting the entire crew was extremely courteous and worked very hard. It was like watching an assembly line form. As the day progressed, the change of our home was becoming very apparent. The house, trim and accent colors were perfect and the job was done with detail in mind. When completed (same day) the crew cleaned up the entire work site. The crew ensured that they asked questions and did not assume what we wanted. They went above and beyond and mounted shutters and a window flower box per our request. When any questions arose, they would stop, ask and make sure the job was going to be done just like we wanted. Afterwards Ramone checked in with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction, which it was. Overall it was a great experience. And we will be calling them back for more work on the interior of our home. Great Job!

The power washers and painters were nice and respectful. The work overall was great. I had a few things to touch up or fix and the owner himself took care of it immediately. I have already given the info to others I know and would choose them again.

Estimate was slightly more than I'd hoped, but was a fair price. Crew showed up per schedule, did work in a prompt and professional manner, and the final paint job looks very good. We are very satisfied with the work.

I highly recommend them. Awesome paint job, great value and excellent communication. My home looks great and I have received several compliments from the neighbors. The painters are highly skilled and experienced painters. Ramon who was my main point of contact answered all my questions and answered my calls and returned calls in a timely manner. He also saved me money on paint.

We have a 4,000 sq. ft. home that needed the exterior painted. We met Ramon and immediately knew we wanted his company to handle the job. The first weather opportunity, Alex and his crew came and power washed the house and our shed. Then had to wait on the weather again. Thursday Alex and his crew arrived and the work started. In one day they got the entire house masked and taped and two coats of paint on the body of the house and cleaned everything up. Second day, they set out their ladders, tarps, etc. and got to work on the trim, doors, shudders and shed. Two coats of paint on everything. Alex even did trim on the shed (an old aluminum siding thing that looked awful). Alex then offered to put on our new exterior light fixtures that we had gotten. When all was completed Alex asked me to do a walk around to see if there was anything that needed to be touched up. Nothing! The house was perfect!!! They cleaned up all their tarps, ladders, paint containers, etc. and the job was completed. When we did our walk around I also check out my blooming flowers and shrubs next to the house. Not a bloom or branch had been disturbed! Truly amazing! Alex and his crew were punctual each day, professional, knowledgeable, and really hard workers. We were stunned that it only took two days to paint our house. We felt that they did far more than what was required! Ex. Fan vent: Alex did a neat framing Job of it to make it stand out as a great accent. Ex: the shed was an eye sore and Alex painted it and added trim. Looks great. Ex: Alex did not have to offer to put up all our exterior light fixtures, but he did and seemed genuinely pleased to do it. We had people driving by and stop to say what a great job and how wonderful the house looked. My husband gave out 5 of their business cards to people who wanted their houses painted by them! Alex and his crew truly transformed our home! We would not hesitate to call them again!! In fact, we plan on having them power wash our house once a year, paint the deck for us when it needs it next, and have them paint the entire interior of our home. Needless to say, we highly recommend this company if you want professional and knowledgeable people, quality work, and spotless clean-up!

He came out and was very nice, but we were going to porbably be charged extra, so we decided to move forward with another company.

This is the second time Ramon and his crew have done some painting for us and they are brilliant. Ramon was able to assemble a crew to do our exterior painting immediately to take advantage of a recent short spell of sunny weather. We couldn't be more pleased with his work - excellent job, fast workers and very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about Ramon and his crew. We are in the middle of getting our house ready to sale so we called Ramon last minute to find out about timing and cost. Not only were his prices extremely fair, he was able to start work in a week. He showed up on promised date and his crew started working away. He was present every single day checking in on progress and insuring we were happy. His lead man on this job, Alex, is also top notch and went above and beyond my expectations. Professional House Painters provided amazing service, an extremely hard working group, and amazing quality for the price. You cannot go wrong with hiring this group. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

They painted my 3200 sq. ft house in a day and a half. They were super fast! The first day, they sent out a couple of workers, and the second day, they sent 5. They were prompt to our set appointment. They were very clean & conscious about the yard.

They were so fast and thorough. The clean up was spectacular and they were really great.

They showed up on time as scheduled, and did what they said they would do. Pricing was very reasonable, and they used exellent quality Miller velvet paints, and a little Sherwin Williams also. They came back a week later as promised, and did all the little touch-ups we found. There were not many, as they do check for minor touch-ups before they leave, and then they have the crew take care of them. But we are very picky here, and they accomodated us no questions asked, and with smiles on their faces. They are very nice to work with, and can help with choosing the right paints and colors for the job also. Most all here wanted flat paint for our cedar siding, but Ramon recommended Miller Velvet sheen, and we are all very pleased. Also lasts much longer than flat sheen per Ramon. One thing that made it easy to choose Ramon and his crew, was the fact they gave us addresses of recent jobs, which used the same brand and sheen of paint we were considering. We drove by those homes, and I have to say they were very impressive looking. Our painting project came out just as nice and everyone here is very pleased with the outcome. Ramon feels we will get 10 years + from his high quality paint job. We believe it.

From the project proposal and estimate to the finished job, all went as planned. These guys are pros. Providing a color expert made color selection a pleasure and the finished house looks even better than expected.

They were on time, finished on schedule and estimate was aligned with the final price. We are pleased and would recommend them. The house looks great.

Ramon fist came out and explained in detail what had to be done started with the metal siding and then covered the soffets, He saw mildew and explained that their should be a mildew cleaner, if not the mildew would return and show through the paint., I would not have caaught this. he suggest colors but left a color chart for us to choose from. Once we agreed on his proposal (not the lowest bid) he had us scheduled within a week. He said it nornally took 2 days to finished everything. Part of his crew showed up before the forman was there and came up and introduced themselves and ask if there was anything that need to be moved that was heavy, (I am a disabled veteran with back issues) There were a couple of things and they started moving items, The forman, Alex, came up introduced himself and again explained in detail what they were going to do and that he brought extra workers to assist in getting the job done. To my amazement it was completed in ONE day. We took a walk around pointed out a couple of spots and they redid and they cleaned up left. They were very professional about the cover up of everything so there was no overspray. They lived up to their name and would reuse and recommend them to anyone. Ramon and team did a fantastic job painting our house. We had a few special requests (like four different exterior colors) which were handled nicely and the end product came out beautifully. The crew was punctual and very courteous. I would use Professional House Painters again on future projects.

It went really well. The team was on time and prepared. They were open to a thorough review of the work and fixed the minor areas that I pointed out with no complaints. I know my home is better protected because of their work.

I contacted Ramon from Professional Painters, after getting a referral from a sales person at Miller Paint. I looked him up on Angie's List among other local painters with good reviews. I got a call back right away and set up a time for him to come and provide a free estimate. His bid was reasonable and in the ball park with others I got. Why I decided to go with them was his friendly and professional demeanor. From the beginning to the end he kept me informed of how they were doing and how the timeline was coming along. They painted the inside and outside of our new house. We were not moved in yet so it was nice to get updates and texts to "see" what was happening and how things were going. At the end they did a fantastic job and the house looked amazing. I would hire them again anytime.

I got 3 quotes before chosing a painter and the price was competative and the quote was detailed. They did a great job. All the guys were very professional. They were on-time every day and did what they said they would do. Each of the guys seemed experienced, like they knew what they were doing, and were skilled at their trade. The prep days were a two-person crew and the paint day was at least four guys. All their tools and equipment were in good condition. There were no surprises, no changes, no extra costs or price increases. In fact, when I was soliciting quotes and Ramon came out for the walk around we talked about doing my front deck as well as painting the house. The quote did not include the deck so I kind of figured he forgot about it and it was not included in his price. When I asked him about it he said it was in his notes and even if it wasn?t on the quote he would include it in the price quoted. This shows a high level of integrity. I work in the construction industry and usually a contractor would say that was extra. Most importantly, they did high quality work. The paint job looks great and they cleaned up completely after they finished. They also left me with a two year warranty on thier workmanship so I have some added piece of mind.

My experience overall went excellently. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. I found his honesty very refreshing. He advised me to wait until next spring to have the job competed for his prices to go down. I look forward to working with this company in the future.
