Doug did a great job on my carpets! I have lots of children and there were many stains, but Doug removed them all and my made carpet look like new again. I will definitely use TLC again in the future!

I called and left a message. The carpet cleaning guy returned my call very promptly on a Friday afternoon, which I appreciated. We then scheduled a time about a week away. He then came out, did the work and it?s not quite completely dry. So the service is still pending, but it looks good and I assume it will be good. I didn?t expect anything exciting. The price was excellent. He was fine and I would probably call him again.

Doug did a great job on our old carpeting. He spent time working on the stains, and we are very pleased. He showed up early and was very pleasant to have in our home. The house smells great, and we can wait another year to replace the 21 year old carpet! We definitely got our monies worth.

He was easy to arrange the cleaning with, did a good job, no problems, nothing to really report.

TLC Carpet Cleaning was easy to reach by phone and my appointment was promptly scheduled according to my availability. Doug arrived right on time. I always appreciate when a service provider has a professional appearance, so was pleased when Doug arrived in a vehicle and clothes with the TLC logo. After greeting him and showing him to the sectional, he worked diligently for about an hour. As a stay at home mom with a baby, I felt very comfortable having Doug in our home.His presence didn't upset our routine at all. When he was finished, our sofa looks brand new! I was amazed that he was able to get some old dried gum off one of the cushions; it's been there for years and I had no expectation that it would come out. I did not call around to compare prices. It is possible that TLC Carpet Cleaning's competitors may charge less, however, I could not be more pleased. Doug is a professional and kind owner/operator who obviously takes pride in his work. When I'm ready to have our carpets or other upholstery cleaned TLC Carpet Cleaning will be my first phone call.

Doug was on time and walked through the house as I pointed out trouble spots on the carpet that need a little extra TLC (pun intended). He subtracted 20.00 from the total bill because I had moved everything out of his way before his arrival. This saved him time so he adjusted the bill accordingly.

I can always count on Dave. He calls me when he is going to be in the area in order not to have to charge me an extra trip charge. He's an honest and trustworthy man. I always enjoy visiting with him while he's cleaning.

I used TLC carpet cleaning for many years. Doug is always very friendly and does a through job every time.

Doug was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, nice, no-nonsense;a regular guy. Kind of chatty. (He said, "By the way, I talk too much." I just went out on the deck with my novel and left him to work in peace). Over the phone he quoted me $125-$150. Our place is small, so the actual price was lower than the quote. Cool. I have no idea whether his prices are reasonable, but it was worth it to me. I will recommend him to friends and call him back next year.

Excellent job. Doug was punctual and polite. He did the job in the time specified. I had to re-schedule my first appointment and he was able to accommodate my new schedule.

Was on time, very friendly, very talkative, so if you don't like to talk to people just stay away and let him do his work. Finished work within the time that he stated when I set up the appointment. Square footage was a little over 256 which comes to less than 50 cents per square foot which I consider a very reasonable price. Small business owner who is still interested in establishing a customer base by delivering more of a "personalized" service. Was very happy about being on Angie's List even though he does not seem to know how he got there in the first place.

DOUG WAS FRIENDLY, HONEST, AND FAST. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURES AND CLEANING TECHNOLOGY HE WAS GOING TO USE. I WAS AMAZED THAT THE CARPET WAS DRY WITHIN 1-2 HRS.

DOUG WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT ALSO FRIENDLY. HE ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES EARLY (WHICH WAS GOOD) AND GOT RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY. HE CHARGED ME LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE BECAUSE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE WAS SMALLER THAN HE THOUGHT. THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN COMPETITORS, BUT I PAID FOR RELIABLE AND EXTREMELY THOROUGH SERVICE. ALTHOUGH THE APARTMENT MANAGER TOLD ME LATER THAT I DIDN'T ACTUALLY NEED TO CLEAN THE CARPETS, I'M GLAD I DID IT AND I WILL RECOMMEND TLC IN THE FUTURE.

THEY DO IT EFFICIENTLY. THEY PUT THINGS BACK. IT IS GOOD QUALITY PROFESSIONAL WORK. MAINLY THE QUALITY OF THE WORK STANDS OUT. ALL THE OTHER THINGS ARE THERE TOO. THE BOTTOM LINE IS HOW THEY DO THEIR JOB, AND THEY DO IT VERY WELL. THEY ARE JUST NICE PEOPLE.
