We are so impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. This looks like a new house - which it definitely is not. Nice people who do an excellent job.

They called their gutter company who came right out and performed repair.

Top flight professionalism from beginning to end. Went above and beyond in attention to detail and quality of work. We have an add on utility room and bedroom that had no siding. They pulled it all together. Looks like a new house and we are very happy with the end product.

the process was smooth with 3 separate walk-around checks. in a minor issue, one window was damaged during the work, which Northwest Siding replaced at their expense. the paint work was cordially rescheduled when i expressed concern about the onset of rain. i am also well-pleased with the gutter work by the company they recommended. the entire job was done with good attention to details and quality. the finished project is beautiful and sturdy and water-proof! (gah! finally no more leak headaches) one change i would recommend. a portable toilet was provided for the siding workers but was not provided for the painters. the painters then needed to use our restroom during the full-day scheduled for the painting. i recommend a portable toilet also be provided for the painters.

Can't say enough good things about this company! We called for an estimate and Gary called us back the same day. The next day he was out to look at the job. He submitted a bid and being in decisive we changed some things and he had to come back to give us a new bid. We accepted the bid and figured it would be a month or more before anything got done. Gary called us the next week letting us know the crew and he were on their way up to the house. They were to take off the old siding one day and replace it the next. This crew is fantastic!!!! They not only took off the old siding, but had the job completely done by 5pm!. We are very pleased and will definitely be using them again. Thank You Gary, Jason and crew, you did an outstanding job!!!

The company was very responsive - they fit the job into their schedule as I needed this done as part of the sale of my home.

I requested and estimate using the NW sidings ?Request Estimate? form which allows you to select the types of siding you are interested in getting bids for. I selected both vinyl and cedar. When the estimator, Jaysen, showed up he did not know what I had requested and immediately started pushing Hardie board. I told him I was not interested in Hardie board and that I had selected both vinyl and cedar for estimates. He told me that they did not offer vinyl or other ?cheap plastic products.? When I told him I had selected vinyl from the web site he told me that I was mistaken and that they did not have that listed as an option of the web site ? which is listed on it. He then continued to push the Hardie board even after I told him that because of my houses age it may not even be able to support Hardie board. I was left feeling that I had dealt with a pushy sales person rather than an estimator and that I had wasted my time.

This was the =best= home improvement experience I've had and I'm a sensitive customer, which means I'm picky about everything from the product, the quote, the installation, the clean-up and customer service. I cannot imagine working with anyone else in the future -- well, the Hardi-Plank lasts 50 years so I may not need to call them! There were items that I needed to work with them on as the process rolled-out but everything was taken care of. At one point it turned out that the sub-siding needed to be taken down (off the North side) and so I was able to get a quote on that and they did it, moved on to finish the job. I'm super happy with both Hardi-Plank and NW Siding. I don't normally give out all A's, but Excellent is the word up and down.

NW Siding was absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a horrible experience with the previous contractor who improperly hung T1-11 and hardiplank (we could actually see daylight through our wall, when drywall and insulation were removed from inside and, they didn't use house wrap for most of the house). The difference in quality of workmanship was night and day. Jasen, the project manager, was great at communicating with us and coordinated with other contractors who were working on window replacement and dry rot repair. Their employees were all clean cut, pleasant, hard working, and very skilled. Jasen came back after everything was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied (we were). We learned our lesson, this is the only siding company we will ever hire.

We chose the type of siding we wanted. I used this company because it was recommended to me. They were very professional and cleaned up their mess.

They have done several homes in our neighborhood. They were professional and courteous.

We were very pleased with the entire process of siding and painting our house. It was quick and efficient, with little damage to the yard (a few plants looked wilted, but revived). Gary Walter, the president of the company, couldn't have been more attentive to details and to our concerns. He went out of his way to be helpful, even re-hanging the shutters himself, since the crew had left for the day. The house now looks fantastic! We are happy to recommend NW Siding to anyone.

Removing the siding was not what I would expect. I had several out door lighting and several electrical boxes to be removed. They didn't like to use a screw driver to unscrew things they just ripped these boxes off with a hammer....what I would call unprofessional.If you have plants around the home.. look out. I trimmed the plants 12 inches away from the house and still lots of branches got broken or stepped on. Plants don't like to be cut in the summer time, ours will live.N.W.said if they wreck plants they would buy new ones. The painting process was hard to find the color we wanted as they use Sherman Williams Super paint. We went through 14 quarts of paint samples to find a gray that wouldn't turn blue or purple when it dried. Yes, you have to pay for the paint samples and this is not in the bid.They sprayed 2 coats of this paint on in one day. Our home is 1600 sq. ft. and with a large 2 car garage.At the time of writing this review the paint is getting dry after 30 days and the temps that we have had this summer has been 75 to 95 with humidity lower than 40%. So far this paint has not dried on my rubber garage weather stripping and nothing on the paint can says anything about not painting rubber but N.W. says it will dry.??? I have never seen paint take this long to dy so hopefully when it does it will last 10 years. Suppose to be 25 year paint but I have never seen something last as long as they predict.Jasen did a great job and worked with us on this job.Our home looks like it's brand new and we are pleased with the way it turned out.

They did fantastic work for me. The value for the dollar you couldn't beat. They even gave me references to check on and all of them gave Northwest Siding great reviews. I would definitely hire them again.

First of all, so many companies promise you so much in the beginning and then when they do the work they disappear. This is not the case with Northwest Siding. They have made certain that we are happy and satisfied during the entire process. Their crews were very professional and did an excellent job of caulking and the construction and painting is good. They had a large crew and took only three days to complete the whole project. It was done very well and I couldn't think of one negative issue with this company. The also cleaned up very well when they were done. This company treated me with great respect, kindness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.

Positive: Actual dry rot repair and siding replacement appear to be done well, however, a large dry rot section was missed where the deck stairs were. This section had to be done at our own expense by our deck contractor. NW Siding's onstruction of railing posts was sturdier than what they removed. Less Positive: workers 1. dropped the removed siding onto large, slow growing bushes, breaking some center sections, 2. peered into windows at residents, 3. damaged doorbell function and did not replace as promised, 4. picked up construction trash minimally. leaving torn sections of tar paper, flashing and nails along hillside. Contractors and foreman were courteous and accommodating, and addressed these concerns somewhat, but became defensive. I understand that this company is known and respected by other trusted contractors and community members. Maybe we just had an "off-day" experience.
