I called after I'd tried on my own to solve this problem, which was caused when Edelen Custom Interiors replaced a defective window they had installed earlier in 2005. The replacement stuck out more than the original window, leaving inadequate clearance for the blind. Accent Verticals did come after that and adjusted the blind out as far as they could get it, but it was still a little close; I just had to be careful in opening and closing the blind. After this latest call, Accent Verticals was able to adjust it out further so it now operates much better.

The in-home visit was very thorough and the representative was very willing to give us a great deal of her time. She even allowed us to keep a couple of samples overnight to view color options in different lighting conditions. This made it a little easier to view color selections. It would have been a great help if the company had larger sample options available for us to use over an extended period. (The vendor we selected mailed us samples of two options we considered and we placed them in one window to view them over an extended period and to solidify our choice.) The cost discussion was a little off-putting. The representative presented a series of prices - estimated retail, a discounted price, and an additional discounted price. This left us feeling that their pricing structure was more subjective than I believe they intended to demonstrate. In the end, color/fabric choice and the costs tipped the scale to the other vendor. We would not hesitate to solicit a proposal from this company again and, if the two determining factors tipped the scale in their direction, would seriously consider Accent Verticals.

Leslie came on site at all three homes and helped with decisions. She did all the measuring etc. Everything was installed in a timely fashion and looks great. Any small details that needed adjustment were done quickly.

They were timely. They let me know when they were coming and they came and gave me an estimate. Their service man was very interested in what I wanted to accomplish with the blinds and he gave me some options to choose from. I can't say too much as yet as they haven't finished it as yet.

It was a pleasure working with Accent - they made special arrangements to pick up and deliver the blinds, came when they said they would and finished the job beautifully. They even made extra repairs without changing their estimate

I am going to have them back, but I originally used them in 2003. When something goes wrong they come right out, and fix them quick. I never thought the blinds would hold up like they have. They are fabulous! I really like the company. I am just getting ready to have them cleaned for the first time. I think the price is good because they are not cheaply made. The quality is so good! I have worked with them several times.

Found them via Angie's List and they responded almost immediately to an email and once I gave them the specifics, they responded with a quote via email. Very simple. Had a total of 16 pleated blinds cleaned - ultrasonically. They committed to the total price and gave specific times (with only 1/2 hr variation) as to when they would be here to pick-up and when deliver back. They asked if alternate times would work. They came exactly to pick-up when stated and same on the return side. No problems what so ever. Very solid and very reliable. Note: Some other Angie List Blinds cleaning people did not respond to the email and another responded but even after getting very specific information, would not quote a price on the email.

Excellent, Jim came out and showed us shades that would look good in our home. Timely, professional, nice products. I feel we made a sound investment. Had a couple problems with the blinds but they came out right away and fixed them. I feel comfortable with the service after the sale.

Everything went well, except that I had them return and replace the woven shade on the back door, as I had chosen a fabric that I didn't like after it was installed. They gave me a discount on the replacement shade. The vertical shade in the bedroom was made of a flimsier material than the shades I had them install in other rooms previously, and they came back promptly and replaced the slats with good ones.

On time/never checked back after as she knew the Roman shades were wrong material.

It went great, very professional, great advice for fabric/style to use in large living room and kitchen. Much less expensive than prior estimate I had received. Blinds came in 2 weeks earlier than quoted. Great fit to window, much better than the blinds I had ordered from an home improvement store, no gaps on side and drops to window ledge.

Perfectly. They were right on time, the estimate was exact, the blinds were returned right on time and were very clean. Accent Verticals does an excellent job making pleated shades and other window coverings. They do very high quality work at an excellent price. Their service is unbelievable. When one of the cords broke on a shade I had bought three years before they came right out and fixed it for free. Amazing.

Overall it was a positive experience. If they had offered an S-curve vertical blind I probably would have gone with them. Jim was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. If I had mainly been in the market for other types of window treatments, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them. Locally, they have a good reputation. Their prices were comparable to the other places I looked into.

My experience with this company was awesome. From the start they did what they said. The owner stopped by to take all measurements and offered great suggestions on colors etc... I would refer this Company to all of my friends they were professional and blinds were installed 1 week early. It's was great doing business with them and I will have them out in December to do the rest of the house.

The first call was made by Vincent who was prompt and pleasant. He shared his professional opinion on what he felt was worth repairing and/or cleaning, pointing out potential concerns and what I could expect from the cleaning process. He removed, cleaned and reinstalled 2 large mini blinds (one was also re-corded)1 small mini blind, 2 large silhouettes and one small silhouette. Removal was on Monday and I had everything back on Wednesday. Total for that was $137. Second call was to repair vertical glide on patio door. Service rep was also very good. Took down track three times to fix. Explained the problem (rough usage by previous owner) and what he had done to try to bring back to as close to new as possible. This call was $58. Very impressed with both service reps' extending themselves toward my satisfaction.

IT WAS A GOOD RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND CUSTOMER FOCUS. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. THEY MADE THE BLIND LONG AT FIRST AND CORRECTED IT QUICKLY.
