If it were possible to give them a 0 star review, that is what I would give them. This is a crooked organization. My sump pump failed, and my plumber suggested that I call them to remove a few inches of rain water in my crawl space before they could install another pump. They arrived with three people and charged me for six hours of time ($162/hour for three people) which was longer that the time spent. They then charged me $420 for the removal of the rain water, which was done with with a shop vac device quickly. They also charged me for three PPi suits, but I only saw one wearing one. They put a dehumidifier in the space and said that they would remove it in 1-2 days. I called numerous times to have the remove the dehumidifier, but no one came. When the bill finally arrived, they had the nerve to charge me for 8 days of rental of the dehumidifier ($105/day). Javier, the manager or owner, is a slick talking person who cheats clients when discussing charges. The customer service sucks.Wa
