Bart and his crew did a fantastic job! They were quick, clean and respectful. I was somewhat nervous about going with the lowest bid for the job but I was so impressed! I'll definitely hire them again!!!

This project included painting high ceilings, walls & doors. After reading all the glorious reviews here, we hired Bart from the 3 quotes we received which were very close dollar wise. He showed up on time and cleaned up daily. But he did not use reasonable care and skill in carrying out this project. Cut-in work of ceilings was irregular with some ceiling paint on the walls & vice versa. Paint rolled on walls left noticeable streaking & his reasoning was it was due to the sheen of the paint & windows casting light and he couldn't fix it. A few minutes watching a video shows the technique to use on a gloss paint to prevent streaking. Over spray from painting doors on the hardware was not cleaned up. Drips on sprayed doors, he said he wasn't going to fix them but would remove them from the quote. Bi-fold closet doors he said needed a special tool to remove the doors with and opted to hand paint them. A few minutes watching another video shows how pressing a spring with your finger pops those doors right out. I specified the brand and finish of paint to use and Bart substituted contractor's paint without telling me. He told me he was the contractor and he makes all the decisions. I discussed the quality issues with him and he came unglued yelling at me that he was not fixing anything. I have since hired another painter who fixed the ceilings with a clean straight line at the joint with the walls and repainted the walls with no streaking.

Bart showed up when he said he would for the initial bid (that's a big deal since 2 other contractors made appointments and never showed up). He showed for work and finished when he said. The price and the work were top quality.

Bart always returned my calls promptly. He showed up on time (even a little early). He provided extra service to be sure the paint job looked good, even it it meant a little extra paint or roller brush here or there. He worked fast and left everything clean and tidy. He followed up after the job to be sure I was satisfied. His price was reasonable and fair. I would use him again. You should too!
