Josh Smiley was prompt and friendly. He came and gave me an estimate the next day and was there two days later to do the work. Work was completed within the time frame and estimate promised. Very professional and courteous, I would use him again and have recommended him to friends.

Josh was great. He was at my house within an hour of my request. He tried the cheapest route for the first 90 minutes he was over. Then after my issues wasn't fixable that way, he quoted me a price, and did it for the same quoted price in quicker time quoted. He was thorough, professional, and did a great job. I would call him in a second next time.

Pleased with the work and professionalism. He was an hour late but did call to let me know. I asked him to move some extra cables and install a couple of jacks and it was no problem for him to fit in the extra work. The bill was a little mre than I expected but reasonable.
