Description of Work: I purchased and Angie's List deal to have my sofa and loveseat cleaned for $150. Norman Jensen - owner of Jensen's Carpet Cleaning - came out and cleaned both really well. We have a dog and a cat and the cleaning really freshened up our upholstery. For an additional $25 Norman also cleaned our oversized ottoman. He was courteous, friendly, and worked very efficiently, leaving no mess behind.

Description of Work: Cleaned very dirty carpets after my daughter had been living in my house for a year. He cleaned the carpets, was very polite, treated spot areas, put paper under the furniture. Great Job over all. I was surprised he could get the carpets as clean as he didk.

Description of Work: Repaired several damaged edges of my carpet then steamed cleaned all the carpet in my condo. Arrived at the scheduled time. Very nice & professional. There are so many companies offering great services (not just carpet services) that do not provide quality services so I was grateful that I found Jensen' for my carpet cleaning. There were other carpet cleaning companies on Angie's list with way more reviews but if a company has 300 reviews and gets an A rating-how many of those reviews were not so good? Think "law of averages"jensen's has less than 50 reviews and was rated A. I decided to go with jensen's and am so very glad I picked them. I will use them again and will recommend them to anyone needing carpet services. |
