It was fabulous. They did an incredible job and I loved it. They were fast, inexpensive and they did a really, really good job. The windows look amazing both inside and out. I had other cleaning services but they did a better job than anybody. We had bees nesting in all of the wood windows, the mud nest that they built up over the years, so they scraped all of the bees' stuff out in all of our windows and they charged $30.00 extra for that.

We had a little confusion at the front end but with a quick call to the provider it was resolved in short order. ( the person doing the cleaning went to the wrong house). The cleaner went right to work and never stopped until the job was completed. The windows now sparkle and the sills are spotless. A FINE JOB WELL DONE

Everything was fantastic! We bought Coyote Painting's $149 window cleaning special. I knew we would need to pay extra on top of it because we have storm windows and the additional price was extremely reasonable! They sent workers out who were fast, efficient and respectful of our home. It's been 2 days and I'm still thrilled every time I look at the windows. I will definitely use this company again for our window cleaning and look into the other services they offer.

THIS IS ORIGINAL REVIEW...SEE UPDATE BELOW THIS: After some problems with scheduling, the window washing was completed. I do have storm windows and said I would do the inside of them. On a couple windows, Ulises wanted to do inside as well at no extra cost to show me what a great job they can do...and they do do a very nice job. However, if you have any hard water residue on the windows from sprinklers, etc, do not expect to have the window sparkling. They do not use any chemicals that would remove hard water spotting. I had purchased Angies big deal and wanted only washing done that would be allowed for that price. However, upon further consideration, I had only the very outside of four bedroom windows washed for an extra fee, which I am allowed to send check for next month. They were very nice and friendly to deal with and window that was done on all four surfaces (inside and out of regular and storm) did sparkle as it was at a higher level and did not have hard water spotting. I did also appreciate the fact that Ulises was able to work with me to schedule work at my convenience. He also called when they were on their way to let me know when they would arrive. I would recommend them without hesitation, and I did mention to Ulises that it would be a good idea to add information to their fine print details regarding their policy when storm windows are involved. Other services state clearly that the big deal does not apply when storm windows are involved, and that storm windows will create additional costs. UPDATE: UNSATISFACTORY FOLLOWUP BY COYOTE ..read about it: To Shannon at Angies ~ I could use your help with Coyote Painting and Window washing...... Ulises was a nice fellow, but has not been cooperative after the fact. He washed my windows in February and did a passing job....had some question on some of them. Then........when summer arrived and I needed to open the windows, on one I could not even open the window as the screen had been replaced haphazardly and was blocking the window. That resulted in a look at the other windows and most of the ones that are on the top floor (split entry home) had been replaced incorrectly and were bent and had large gaps which totally eliminated the effectiveness of screens. There was a lot of room for the insects to enter. I contacted Ulises via email and got no reply. I emailed a second time requesting that he come and properly re-insert the screens on the effected windows. He sent an email reply saying he would come the next day. He did NOT show. I emailed further and got no reply. He finally called and left a message which was not understandable. I emailed and told him that my answering machine was not a good one and I was unable to determine what the message was. SO........he LEFT ME ANOTHER MESSAGE....and I caught a few words. The answering machine is not a clear one, and his accent is strong and I was unable to determine what he had to say, except for the fact that, altho I told him I did not have to be home for his visit to re-insert the screens, he seemed to say he might need to be inside. The screens can only be re-inserted from the outside with someone on a ladder, and there is no reason he would have to be Inside the house to do this. Since he seems unable to respond to my request, I'm hoping that you at Angies can contact him and instruct him to take care of this situation.

When we first bought the deal, we didn't hear from them. Angie's List contacted them for us and within an hour, they called us and set up an appointment. They did an excellent job! I am going to call them back again. There were 3 guys, they did the job fast, and did a beautiful job. They cleaned the screens, the window tracks, and they cleaned everything! I couldn't be more pleased with them! We did have 3 windows extra and paid an extra $40, but I feel that the price was more than fair. They cleaned up after themselves, they were clean in the house, and they made sure to take care that nothing got wet.

I called for an appointment. He said they could come the following Tue. Then he said they could come Mon. and we agreed on Mon. Apparently he forgot to change the Tue to Mon. He came on Tue. Part of the job was to wipe down the sills and tracks. This wasn't always done. I stupidly assumed that the tracks would be clean. They certainly are not.

The men that came to do the work were first rate--did a careful and excellent job--it was difficult to communicate with the man on the phone who organized the cleaning appointments because of language and some mix up in time/dates but when they came the work was perfect and professional

This was a very positive experience. They were prompt, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. They were conscientious and professional. I would definitely refer this company for all of your window cleaning needs.

They didn't call me back for a month. At that point I had moved on with another vendor.

Coyote did a wonderful job and I would use them in the future. They arrived on time and spent about 3 hours working on all of the windows in our house. The windows have never looked so clean!

I purchased the deal on 12/1/2013 and did not receive a call or email until 12/10/2013. I spoke to a gentleman who scheduled my window cleaning for 12/17/2013 at 9am. At 9:30am when they had not shown up, I called to find out why and he told me he sent an email changing the time to 12:30pm. I did not receive any messages or emails other than the one sent on 12/10/2013. So I told him to cancel my cleaning. I am very angry because I took extra time from work to prepare for him to come.

Every thing went well. The men were pleasant and went right to work. Everything was finished a little after noontime.

Ulises came out to give us an estimate and scheduled the cleaning very soon after that. Most of the other providers told me that they were busy for a month or more and could not schedule the cleaning. Ulises and his helper did an excellent job on the windows and the gutters.

Very punctual. Returned my phone call right away. Arrived on time. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Did a great job on the windows and gutters. Very happy with their work. Will hire them again. I highly recommend.

Prompt response, fine and professional job at a fair price. The best window cleaning job we've ever had.

This company dispatched an estimator within 30 minutes after my wife called about having our windows cleaned inside & out. He (the estimator) pointed out a couple services they could provide in addition to window-washing; the gutters needed cleaning and the house could stand to be power-washed. Also some of our exterior siding panels were poorly attached, they could re-attach them. My wife scheduled the work for the following Thursday, work to commence at 8:30. They showed up around 8:20, and got right to work power-washing. At the same time they sent a guy inside to start on the windows. We have 2 large garden windows, and we'd removed all the shrubery from them. I had to leave for several hours, when I got home, they were long gone. The windows, including the garden window and two skylights were all cleaner than the day we installed them. They'd finished the power washing without any damage to my tomato plants, and they'd even powerwashed one of our decks at no extra cost. This company showed up on time, completed their assignment, threw in a little extra work at no extra cost, I can't say anything but good about them, and even a week later I'm still impressed with how bright it is in the house. in

My gutters had not been cleaned in four years, and they did an excellent job. I have really high windows and skylights, so they had to literally rappel off my roof to get to them. I couldn’t find any other company that was willing to do both windows and gutters. Had I not found Coyote Painting, I would have needed to go to two different companies for these jobs. They were courteous, and wore shoe covers inside the house without being asked. They were timely, and I was astounded by the quality of service I received. Their prices were at or below the other bids I got. I was very pleased. I recommended they sign up with Angie’s List, because I wouldn’t have found them had it not been for the recommendation of a neighbor. I would definitely use them again. I also liked that the owner was directly involved in the work.
