have animals and left gate open even after asking. used my metal cased hose and put a big dent in it. Job took longer and cost more than roof for life would charge for same job, but my fault for hourly and not pinning the job to a bid. Did good clean up, more than I expected. first job on smoke detector miss read wiring issue as detector- so I will be paying again for an electrician to run a wire. He offered to fix but I declined. nice guy but not a fast hard worker, a bit forgetful.
